👍👍 I was told by a local to go here and I was not disappointed. This Greek diner made an amazing breakfast and has the charm of old school diners. If you’re in Portland check them out. I had an amazing lamb sausage! People often mention breakfast, good, service,

Absolutely delicious food and very pleasant staff! Stopped in for lunch but was VERY tempted by all the yummy looking breakfast options. On the pricier side but well well worth it. Definitely top notch everything being used in there!

The fried chicken sandwich was definitely not for me as it was both dark and white chicken, and I would say mostly dark. It may be a greek thing, but it wasn't a me thing and really could not eat it. My wife got chicken fingers and was a better choice. The service was friendly, and food preparation was slow. This was a total disappointment for me. Bummer

Had a very nice brunch here. The food was good, the service was great and the vibe of the place was cool. My only real complaint was they didn't have my choice of beverage...and I had to settle for coffee. I had the Hercules breakfast and it was quite good...I was a little surprised that the butter for the pancake had orange zest in it...ot was good anyway.

This is an upmarket diner with very good food with little twists on standard fare. I had the pork belly eggs benedict which was well made. I wasnt a fan of the apple relish so you may want to order that on the side. Their breakfast potato is a little globe of potato rosti which looked fabulous but was slightly undercooked by the time you reach the middle (the inherent challenge of the ball shape I suspect). Standard coffee was good and prices were reasonable. It is very pleasant decor, very clean, good background music. The menu is though very limited so to me its more of a "restaurant" than true diner. So just check out the menu before you go. For its menu limitation only Im giving it a 4. If you like what's on the short menu, you will rate it a five

I eat here every time I visit. If you’re tired of the Old Port Becky’s and Miss Portland wait and really want the best there is, come here. Great service, relaxed atmosphere, and the food. Well, the breakfast is fantastic. Every time. I love the pork belly Benedict. The Hercules is huge, eggs and bacon are perfect, the potato fritter is golden brown and fantastic, and the pancake is as light as a feather. Try it.

I had been out walking the town, on a cold rainy Portland Morning. I decided a Hearty Breakfast was in order. Walking in here was the best decision Ive made food wise in a long time. Due to my social anxiety disorder,I usually don't like sitting at the counter, but I was alone, and these stools were sufficiently spaced, so I wasn't banging elbows with anyone. I felt quite comfortable, and the staff was very pleasant. The Hercules Breakfast was a thing of beauty. An all inclusive affair of eggs, Toast, Hash browns, Meat Choice, and one of the most beautiful Pancakes my eyes have ever beheld. The Hashbrowns were a crispy, dense, deep fried, potato ball of a sort. Hot, Golden, Crispy, yet moist inside. It was something different, a deliciously welcome delight. The Pancake as stated above, was beautiful. Served with a little scatted fruit, house whipped citrus butter, a flurry of powdered sugar, and what I presume was real Maine Maple Syrup. Excellent. The Bacon, was special. Thick cut. Homestyle Country Flavor. Any Country Boy will know what I mean. This was the good stuff. I really enjoyed my breakfast here. I'm a breakfast boy! If you are too, stop in here, you can't go wrong. They also do lunch. It's also away from the hustle of downtown. A nice little location by the bridge. They seem to actually appreciate your business, unlike some places in this town.

My boyfriend and I stopped here for breakfast and were pleasantly surprised. I got the classic breakfast and my boyfriend got the corned beef hash, which he said was really good. And he went on about his English muffin being the best he’s had and he thinks it’s homemade. Definitely a good place to stop for breakfast. Only thing we didn’t like was the limited menu selection and hidden 3% kitchen service fee on our check. But other than that, we suggest it if you want a quick stop for breakfast right off the highway.

SO delicious!! I can’t rave enough about the food here. It is unique and so well executed. You can just tell how much care goes into each plate. We were so over whelmed with delicious options we got one extra dish to share amongst our table of 4. The service was incredible as well. All though it was busy , they made us feel right at home. Cannot wait to go back to try more!!!!!!

A great breakfast place with lunch options. Limited seating but worth the wait. They customized my favorite corn beef hash omelette. Easy seating after 2:00. They close at 3:00. Enjoy!, I did

Hands down best breakfast in Portland, ME. The Baklava cinnamon roll was a daily special, and the best cinnamon roll I’ve ever had. The pancakes are huge and perfect. Served with citrus butter and fresh fruit which really takes them to the next level. The hash browns are like giant tater tots. Big balls of shredded potatoes fried up with perfect golden brown crust. Every time I’ve been in, the owner has been running the FOH, and the service has been exceptional. If you haven’t tried this place yet, you are definitely missing out. All fresh ingredients which really does make a huge difference. They also have delicious local coffee from Coffee by design and amazing orange juice. It is a clean open kitchen with employees that obviously take pride in what they do. Do yourself a favor and try them out. Support local businesses, and if you’re looking for an amazing Italian sub, I highly recommend their other restaurant, the other side deli. Last but not least, the music and environment are perfect. Just be patient, they can get rather busy at certain times, but it will be worth the wait! Kudos to a great business that takes pride in quality and does things right!! That you OSD!!!
