    When I walked in It made me feel that I was in a bowling alley. I couldn't figure out why, the I turned away from the cashier and walked down a long lane and POW got my coffee. Just like bowling . I would have given it 5 stars but there were 2 ladies in their 60s , trying to pick up a mixed race college kid . turtle necks sweaters black boots that say: F ME TILL I BREAK A HIP. And me, just wanting to drink a hot beverage without it coming out my nose 👃

    Me and my friend love to go to Dunkin’. This store is the closes to her. Unfortunately, the staff here most of the time are unpleasant. Welcome us with grumpy sour face. And when they take your order, they make you feel uncomfortable as if you’re doing a wrong thing by placing your order. I don’t leave reviews but this visit cross the line. Nathalie who took our orders was rude when taking our orders. We speak English very clearly and with the right volume but we needed to repeat ourselves many times because she’s not focusing in taking our orders. Instead she’s focusing in looking to us. We’re decent customers. It’s annoying the way she looks to us. We dine in that day (07.23.2023 @ 12.01PM). And we have witnessed/heard how Nathalie and other 2 staff argued regarding their task. They don’t get along well for what we have witnessed. Their customer service gets affected. Specially Nathalie who takes out her bad day to customers. Another thing. There’s no visit in this store that the corner stand for sugar, straws, napkins were filled and cleaned. Every visit of us, we have to ask the staff for sugar and napkins. Trash is always overflowing. I am hoping that the management will make a big improvement in this store specially for their customer service. We, customers deserve a good one with all the money we spend in this store. For the time being, we have decided to go to other Dunkin like Cromwell where staff are friendly and nice. Clean and condiments stand are always filled. And Cromwell store has enough garbage/trash bins to accommodate the trash of customers that made a big difference.

    The owner "Baptista" who owns many in the area towns, since COVID charges Xtra $ for adding FLAVOR to your coffee when there's Not Enough to make it taste as advertised!!!!! Some of us also don't use sugar an like the sweet flavor instead of sugar or their substitute which is ok for patrons to grab handful or two of those packets "Free of Charge"..... 3 pumps of flavor might Not be enough for some, stop cheaping out or try using a good full pump or get Coffee beans with the Flavors you advertise all ready roasted in it....but who about just NOT charge customers Xtra for adding a few Xtra shots of flavor so they can actually taste their favs or even charge Xtra for any type of milk either especially when customers drop alot of $$$ at your cafe's?!? That's ok, Starbucks is Coming to Portland right across the way!!!!

    I'm a man of color and have always had none of Portland CT not to be friendly to us. Visiting Dunkin donuts that day strongly reinforced my thoughts. Hate to say this but it is what it is.

    Ponytail guy is super nice and friendly. Great attitude, he must hold his happiness in his ponytail, either that or he doesn't have a ton of people to buy for for the holidays and it makes him super cheerful. Good for him. Either way... Top notch service. 10 out of 10.

    I came in to pay for my three large coffees and get the 3 free donuts. When the girl cashed me out she didn’t ring up the donuts and then insisted it was my fault and refused me the donuts because she didn’t want to ring it back in. She was rude and refused to help me rectify the issue. Absolutely will never be back. Horrible service very rude.
