This store is so disorganized! Before the remodel this store use to be closed for no reason. Ordering through the app is always a gamble. Request to pickup inside and there have been instances where they wouldn’t let customers in the lobby and they demanded we use the drive-thru (which was 7 cars deep). During this recent trip they didn’t have my order ready and were out of the cups for the drink size I ordered. I hate that I work near this location. I understand short-staffing issues, but this location keeps finding ways to disappoint.

I came in on a rainy Saturday, and the food just hit the spot. Despite being short-staffed, both of the people were personable and they got my food out quite quickly. The tacos and burritos were properly filled, unlike some locations where there is more tortilla than fillings. This was a good choice for lunch. * edit : as of Feb 4,2023 they are hiring*

This is probably the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. They close early more often than any fast food location I’ve ever seen, and they’ve messed my order up more times than I can count. It seems like they charge more than other locations I’ve been to as well? Not sure why

They were short staffed... which I do understand! However, they handed my order thru the drive thru window to another customer. Then realized it was the wrong order he gave them. Looked around and took the food back into the drive thru window and tried to give it to me! First off... it's health code that you do not ever take an order back thru the window! Let alone give it to another customer! The girl who had to remake the food was angry and very rude! To the point she started yelling at me! Then another girl stepped in... and the guy at the drive thru... now there are 3 of them yelling at eachother!!! Very volatile!!! Will NEVER GO THERE AGAIN! EVEN IF I WAS STARVING!

Love spending $40 to not get any sauce. They're free sauce packets. How hard is it to send some when you specifically request some so you can enjoy your food?

I love using the app to actually order my stuff and just come in and pick it up it's actually really amazing. I noticed that the quality of the quesadillas have been going downhill as mine was really thin but that's to be expected in the current day of just about all fast food places Review brah said pretty much the same

The guy took my friends order and went off the speaker so we pull up and he says that he doesn't have an order for us so when he tells him what he ordered the kid says he thought we drove off and that's impossible at this drive thru. Need better customer service but they were kids after all.

This is the closest location to my home and 80% of the times I go here they forget at least one of my items. Google clams that they are open until 12Am but every time I go over around 10pm they are always closed, not even saying anything to people in the drive thru when they pull up, just sitting and chatting by the window.
