I went for a bachelorette party. WE LOVED our waitress Madison. The food was great. Thank you buffalo wildwings and Madison for making this night very special to us

I recently ordered takeout from Buffalo Wild Wings and unfortunately had a less than satisfactory experience. I opted for takeout instead of dining in due to an additional charge for sitting, which left me feeling uncomfortable. Upon arriving home, I realized that my order was incomplete as the sauces and sides were missing. This oversight added to my disappointment. While I understand that mistakes can happen, it's crucial for the restaurant to ensure accurate and complete orders, especially when customers are paying for the entire meal. I called the restaurant to address the issue, but unfortunately, the staff on the phone were rude and shockingly hung up on me, leaving my concerns unaddressed. I believe that all customers, regardless of their choice of dining in or takeout, should be treated fairly and without any additional charges that may feel discriminatory. I hope the management takes note of these concerns and works towards improving the overall customer experience.

The Bartender at this Wild Wings location, stood for 10 minutes talking to a friend, not working, she clearly knew we were waiting for her. I walked to the other side of the bar and asked if I can place an order, she barely acknowledged me and took my order, I ordered a sandwich and coffee. After taking my order she stood for another 10 minutes until my husband asked about the coffee then she goes to the back and brought out my coffee. Not sure where management was, but, most of the staff just hung out while the phone rang and rang in the to go section of the restaurant

This place smells like bowling alley rental shoes. It is overpowering. The food tastes like it was made days ago and reheated. The host sat me, a solo business traveler, right in the center of the huge empty dining room at a 6 person table rather than at a booth where I could have some privacy (the place was about 5% full). The server was attentive and polite though.

Great experience at the Buffalo Wild Wings in Portland! sadly the one back in my hometown is not very good but thought I’m in a new state and city.. I should go ahead and try! Yes, very pleased and the food taste really good! Enjoyed the sports atmosphere as always and fun times. Server was extremely busy on a Saturday night but considering that fact he still was very attentive. I recommend this location and I had the ultimate nachos, lemon pepper dry rub wings, and garlic parmesan wings!

Like all Buffalo Wild Wings, they just can’t get it right. It ain’t that hard to count. We ordered 40 wings, we got 20. Do not order to-go from them. If you dine-in, you can at least tell ‘em your order is wrong. You dont wanna be waiting over an hour for only half your food to get there. And to the manager, don’t put trainees on expo.

Updated 3/26/23- We went to Buffalo Wild Wings after a Timbers games so the crowd had passed and it wasn't very full. It still took a bit longer than usual to get our drinks and food but the experience was still excellent with high energy and lots of sports on TV. BWW has an extensive food and drink menu...something for everyone. I went to hang out with friends and grab a bite, the atmosphere was very game-day feeling which fit in to our groups vibe. Must be patient when going to BWW! Even then a great experience!

The food is great but delivering with door dash is so inconvenient. They would not allow me to replace a bubbly drink that cost me $3.99 instead they said I had to call door dash to receive a refund. I get that is their policy but I have been to another restaurant where I was missing something and came back to get a replacement and they gave it to me no problem even tho it was door dash delivered. 3 star review.

Good place to eat a burger in Portland. With 20 bucks you can get away with a big fat hamburger and 6 boneless wings, which I think it's not bad at all. The downside is that the burger menu is not so variegated, but remember that the place is wings centered, it's not a burger place mainly. There was this promotion that with one more dollar you could add 6 wings to your burger, which made the overall price very good. Otherwise, 17 dollars where probably a little too much for the burger which, anyway, was very good. The food came quickly and the environment was nice, it's not a gourmet restaurant but it's definitely a good place if you want eat big downtown. It could not be a must go in Portland, but for me it's a solid 8/10 for sure.

Nice place for a quick bite and a good beer. You can spend some time in here for sure. The boneless wings were great. And when you order, try different sauces for them. But be warned - hot means hot in this case. The old fashioned was okay, not great. But hey, that's not there primary profession. Sports, beer and wings.

Edit: Stopped in today for lunch and the visit was really good. The fries were crispy and seasoned perfectly. Ordered mild and parmesan garlic boneless wings and they were perfect. The staff here were really quick and friendly. Definitely recommend! One of my favorite lunch spots! Laid back and love to hang out with coworkers there. Pretty easy to do a one on one lunch or a table for ten. The staff are friendly and the food comes out quick. Only had a negative experience one time and they made it right. Love using the rewards program.

Our waitress was not at all happy to see us and it reflected in our service. We were half way through our food bu the time the rest of our food came out. We had to find a different waitress to being us a to go box for one person's food because our waitress didn't even look, she brought us small to go boxes and just dropped them on the table. It was the worst experience ever. At least we got to watch some football.

The place is clean and nice atmosphere. The greeter was friendly. Ryan our waiter was amazing! He's super friendly, helped us with everything we needed, just a wonderful person.

Very nice Buffalo Wild Wings -Sportsbar Whether a burger or chicken, everything without flaws. Fantastic burger and excellent tender, also the onion rings great stuff.👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 The service also very friendly, fast and courteous. For me one star less, that it was from my point of view bit too loud and little bit too cold, but that's just my feeling 😀 Update 2023: Back in town I‘ve tasted the „Smoked Brisket Burger“, today. Guy‘s, that‘s a dream 😀

Pretty good place. Loved the atmosphere and wasn’t too crowded. Not sure if that was a normal thing or if it’s just the NEW normal after the C-19 virus came? Meh. It doesn’t matter. It was a very good place, no matter WHICH way you wanted to look at it 😊

If you are shopping in downtown then it's a nice place to grab food. Happy hours include cheap beers. We enjoyed their traditional wings. It was a very nice atmosphere, not too much crowded as well. Service was good and they were very attentive as well. Now it's my go to place to grab wings with beer!

Welp, I don't often leave negative reviews, but this one takes the cake. Not that I would've gotten any cake there even if I'd ordered it, if they'd have even taken my order at all. Walked in at 3:30 pm on a Saturday hoping to watch a local game and get some drinks, ended up waiting at a host stand with no host in sight. Another couple of customers walked in, took a look and (wisely) left. 3 employees were busy at the to-go/merch station, all ignoring us. When I approached them, they didn't seem to understand that I needed help getting seated, or food, or anything that usually happens in a restaurant. "If you walk to the bar they can help you. Or if you want I can find someone who can get you a table." Why is this so difficult? We chose the bar since it seemed to be the lesser evil, not wanting to wait, which is odd considering the whole restaurant had a mere handful of customers. The bartender, who was generally kind, but also had to be flagged down for any service, told us she would get a manager to turn on the game for us. The table we awkwardly chose for ourselves near a TV was still dirty, and we could overhear the conversation about changing the sports channel. We waited 5 minutes. 10 minutes. Doubt and regret set in. Then the bartender notified us that it wasn't possible. So we left. Went home, paid $5.99 for Paramount+ subscription to watch the game. I used to be a fan of Buffalo Wild Wings when I lived in California; this was my first time visiting a location in Oregon, and it's the last time. I would rather not *bother* their staff. *Addition* - and the fact that the business replies to negative reviews asking us to do them a favor by visiting another link and submitting feedback again is, again, poor customer service. It would be better to meet customers where they are at.

Despite the relatively rough downtown Portland area, BW3s didn’t disappoint, and the refreshed interior was nice.

Food was great.. service and server were awesome. Watched the game on the projector. You also picture the promo and do an online order for separate food take out or pick up, not to eat their.. the only down fall is the area is riddled with drugs.. #RECOMMENDED
