My wife and I visited and had a great time. I'm really into American history so I was like a kid in a candy store. Driving my wife nuts saying look at that. Look at this. We spent all day there and had a great time talking with everyone and learning and observing. I highly recommend the Jay Co. Historical Museum. Whether alone or with your family you won't regret it. Keep history alive or you are doomed to repeat it.

The jay county historical society and museum is a true Jewell in the Crown of Indiana. The staff and other volunteers are dedicated to making it one of the finest organizations of its kind anywhere. (As their many awards confirm).

We really like to go & see all the local history, and we enjoy when they have the live speakers, and of course we have to go in the fall & get some ham & beans, and fresh apple cider.

Great place! They have made a lot of improvements in the last few years.
