Tito’s is an absolute gem! Both the taquitos and the tacos are amazing every single time. Nobody else in Portland does Mexican food like this and you NEED to try it asap. Special shoutout to the ribeye taco special: one of the best tacos I’ve ever had and it was prepared perfectly. The staff was also super nice and asked great questions to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. Food came out quick and perfect!

Im hesitant to post anything about this place cause I don't want it to get too famous..buuuut it's so good I gotta express my appreciation. Every ingredient has flavor and surprisingly balanced so well. I felt like I was eating a high end and street style taco in one. Thanks for making today's lunch amazing Tito!!

Friendly staff! Recommended us the most popular dishes (shredded beef taquitos and fish tacos) as well as her personal favorites. Very tasty. Tbh the taquitos are good without the meat but I mixed the shredded beef with the cabbage and that was pretty darn good as well.

Being from so cal I know a good authentic Mexican food place when I see it and this is one of the few up in pnw I've found! Def recommend the rib eye steak taco and shredded beef taquitos! Can't wait to come back!!

As a fan of taquitos, also known as flautas, I had to make the trek to Swan Island. We’ll worth it. Great flavor, texture, and portion size. Plus the tacos and dessert were delicious. Friendly service too.

We came by for lunch today after having Tito's at their other location a few weeks back and were happy we did. In short: this is a great lunch spot in the North Portland area, and is especially a standout for Swan Island. We had taquitos with shredded chicken, alongside a variety of their different tacos. Assuming you're not looking for a super luxe lunch atmosphere, Tito's is worth the visit! To me, you don't need too much from the physical space as long as it doesn't take away from the meal... and I'd say that was true for us. Three stars may seem harsh for "Atmosphere" but the reality is we still had a solid four star experience overall. The space is clean, the food is delicious, and the service was wonderful! They were incredibly kind, checked in on how we liked the food and even were quick to tidy up any tables that had recently opened up during the lunch rush. 👌🏽 Absolutely will be coming back for lunch again. Pro Tip: We actually almost didn't see it because we expected to find a food truck like the other location. The restaurant is in fact inside the building—look for the red picnic benches to indicate where the front door is.

Best taquitos in Portland! Can get busy with the North Portland lunch crowd during the work week, so I would go on Saturday or just plan ahead. Food is so good though, it will be worth the wait.

The flavor and the crunch are unmatched! Flavorful taquitos with great vegetarian and meat options. Salsa had a great spicy range. Not a great sit down stop, but certainly worth picking up for quick lunch or picnic.
