😠 Deserves zero stars. Still awaiting the money they owe for overcharging us on our last bill. (That was back in May.) The most mismanaged apartment I have ever have unfortunately dealt with. Don't worry they'll be nice to you when you move in then screw you over when you move out. The maintenance man... People often mention unit, apartment, dryer,

I have never felt more unappreciated as a tenant in any apartment complex I have live than Harbor Court. After one year of living here I have yet to speak with anyone over the phone. When called you will always get fwd to and only communicate via email (when manager is not on vacation or likely fired at this point). I have since moved out more than 30 days ago. From THIS point I still have not been provided a way to pay my past due balance which should have only been a prorated amount since I did not live in my unit for a full month. After playing the famous ‘Harbour Court resolution’ game of voicemail to email , voice mail to email , and talking to 2 managers who let me know ‘someone would look into it’ I was told I would receive a link on how to pay this NOW adjusted balance. Guess who didn’t get a link.. Who then received a letter that my balance is now with a company called Debt Logistics and if I have questions in my amounts I need to see them.. who has now checked and online access has been deactivated which would have made this circus game over rather quickly. I can always respect a company who listens to customers and/or tenants, who will find answers if they do not know them or will follow up when these are in the works of being resolved. This is Not Harbour Court. Stay Far Away from here.... You’ll thank me later.

Beautiful apartments with nice amenities, but poorly managed. We had a dryer fire that started 15 minutes into the dryer fire (they provide the combo washer/dryer, I cleaned the lint trap) which caused smoke and water damage (from the sprinkler flooding part of the apartment) and they did not give us a new unit until 2 months later. We were promised a new unit which would have the same amenities as our old unit, but we are one AC unit short of that (our old until had one in the living room and one in the master bedroom, both with the option for constant fan while cooling; this larger unit only has one in the living room, which will not cool while on constant fan). The maintenance man recused to switch out that AC unit for one with the same features as the ones we had in the old apartment. Our new apartment’s dryer is taking two cycles to fully dry our clothes (a warning sign that it may catch fire) and they refuse to do anything about it, maintenance didn’t even look at it when we asked them to. They also will not allow us to get our own washer dryer to replace theirs. We love the unit and the amenities, but management and maintenance could use some improvement. Response to Harbour Court’s reply: I cleaned the lint trap, it caught fire 15 minutes into the dryer cycle. Also, you don’t even take the time to make sure you address your response to the correct name? Wow... And when my fiancé Colton asked Albert to look at the dryer he did refuse. Only yesterday when I asked again did he look at it.

They don’t have Any cameras cars are getting broken into on a daily people leave garbage in the elevator instead of taking the garbage downstairs the pool has never been opened and management doesn’t say anything except for they don’t know they put a bright light in front of the doorways from the garage but what does that do when people are busting your windows and stealing items out of your car they won’t hire security 24 hours and they won’t have any cameras in the building at all do not move here if you have anything to lose

This place is so over priced for the bull they serve! I lived here over a year and had so many things happen with zero help. Had my car broken into twice, had a quote of one amount for a service and later told it was more, thankfully I didn't sign anything. The noise in this joint is off the wall, in fact the walls are paper thin! I've complained and asked for help and since they've changed companies time and time again, no one knows what I'm talking about (regarding past complaints) or they've got a whole new set of rules and bull to go through in order to take care of noise complaints. Lastly the current owners Con Am, the most unorganized, unprofessional and disrespectful company I've ever dealt with. I would never refer or encourage ANYONE to live here ever!

Everyone in the office is super nice and extremely helpful. They will let you know exactly what you need to do. The units look really nice and the building and landscape looks well taken care of. The property is right next to the Columbia River but sadly another complex built between the property and river blocking most of the view. Some units on 3rd and 4th floor still have a sliver of the river view left. Complex has some great features - Indoor year-round heated pool, fitness center, sauna!!! Super excited to move in. Huge shout-out to Kim and Brianna in the office! For anyone reading the reviews, keep in mind that Kim became the new manager over the summer of 2018 so any comments before then don’t properly reflect the property at this current time.

Absolutely love our new place! Genioa from office is very friendly, helpful and accomodating. Martin and Maurice from maintenance went above and beyond getting our apartment ready for us (thanks again, y'all, not just for the work but for making me laugh and keeping everything so pretty! You guys rock!) Gas range and air conditioning were priorities for us but we have been blessed with much more. Quiet, secure community, lovely neighbors, heated indoor pool and hottub across the hall from gym and sauna open 24/7. Yay!! Great layout, good lighting, close to shopping. Very happy to call this place home!

I’ve lived here for a year and the new ownership has done wonders. The building looks incredible and I’m so excited to use all the upgraded amenities - especially the new yoga room! Tim and Cory have been so helpful with the transition. Can’t say enough good things about them!

Unable to get office to return calls for any reason. No customer service. Always changing management so nothing gets done.

This is the worst and least professionally run apartment I ever lived in! I lived there for almost 3 years and thought the new company that took over (Sunrise Management) was going to be better than the last one but they are even worse. They are great when you first move in but then don't care at all. They NEVER answer their phones or respond to emails, the office is ALWAYS closed and if they do finally email you back, they use a do-not-reply email so you don't try to contact them back. I've called, emailed and went there in person for a month trying to get my deposit back and they finally emailed me back on the last possible day saying I owe almost the exact amount back as my deposit was. I do not recommend living at this place.
