Haven’t been here in a few years, same great service and outstanding customer service from the staff. Lots of services available , plenty of food options, laundry, showers. Everything is extremely reasonable and very clean. Majority of the parking is free unlike the T/A who is taking advantage of us hard working drivers. Highly recommended for a 10 or even a 34hr reset. If I’m ever back in Portland I know where I’ll spend my hard earned money. Thanks for a safe and secure truck stop.

Showers are $15 without fueling 75 gallons. It is several buildings. 2 hotels. 3 places to eat. A lot of parking on a angle, and it works good. Movie theater is closed.

A long time ago Jubitz was about the love of the trucking industry. Fast forward to 2022 and this place has become all about the mighty dollar. I just left there today and I paid $42.00 for breakfast for 2 people. We had 2 coffees, 1 OJ, a country omelet and a standard 2 egg toast w/bacon dish. Oh, and did I mention the not so great staff that work there? This is not the first time I have over paid at this place. The facilities are not that great! The food is less than delicious and the parking lot was designed by Helen Keller. Which I paid $18.00 for reserved parking. I'm sad to say that this place is just not worth the effort.

There is a large parking lot with blindside angle parking. Cat scale at the fuel island and a blue beacon in the back right, follow the outer fence to get in line, it's 1 Bay and can take hours. Inside the truck stop is decent showers and a small typical truck stop short order Cafe. The burgers are decent. Next door to the car convenience store is a full size laundromat. 2 large washers and about 12-20 small washers, prices start at 2.50 and go to about 4.50, you will need quarters that can be obtained from the front desk of the hotel in $10 rolls. The cinema is now open and runs 3 shows a day starting at 1200.

One of my faves to stop at. To the people complaining about prices. HELLOOOO!!! Jubitz is located in the middle of Portland, but still has a ton of FREE parking. (-1/2 star for blind side) Name just 1 city that has free parking ? If this was the other chain, you damn good and well know that they'd charge you just to get in the lot, and there would be absolute ZERO options for fresh food. -1/2 stars for the time limit shower (45 min) I can kinda understand why, but don't really agree with it. Kudos though for having "trucker sized" towels for us and not postage stamp size like the other chains. 15.00 bucks vs. 16.00 at the Thieving /A**holes. Jubitz wins again.

Aside from being stuck in Portland for the 4th of July weekend. We found a little gem of a truckstop that is amazing. Jubitz has everything and more. other truckstops should take notes and adopt. They not only have a motel, restaurant, cafe and convenient store, laundry. but a full size cinema showing new releases. (Currently the new Elvis movie) Massage, barbershop, post office, Identego for TSA clearance check, notary, drug and alcohol testing site.... everything that is hard to get to but necessary as a truck driver. PLUS a full sized lounge that has featured some of the top names in country music! Eric Church, Travis Tritt, Brad Paisley, Justin Moore, Thomas Rhett, Keith Urban. And many more. A diamond in the rough for sure!

David in truck fuel station overnight house guy is rude told me not only I couldn’t use the microwave but was told I can’t use a coffee filter because they were out of paper towels after I bought food from there went to eat it up stairs and then he runs me from upstairs and starts talking down to me then I go back in just to see him gladly hold the door open for someone so they can go up stairs. It be your own people I tell you real good house boy, but he definitely needs better training. Also the food menu is expensive as ever good god I hope this place pays these workers my goodness

Junk store. Joanne looked me in the face didn't even acknowledge I was there. Left for break and I had to wait on someone else to let me pay. There was 5 people waiting for gas. Joanne said the attendant was going to be on break for 3 more minutes. TIRED OF THIS STORE and their Lack of customer service abilities. STAY Clear of this place as it's in one of the worst areas of Portland anyways as theft and crime is very high. You would be much better to skip this place as a stop it's by far not what anyone traveling should subject themselves or their family to.

As an OTR driver this is possibly the best truck stop I’ve been in!!! Showers were great! Staff was helpful and nice! Cafe food and the food from the Cascade Grill was top notch! Even the lot was cleaner than any other place I’ve been so far!!! And the fact that I wasn’t the least bit hesitant to walk to the building from my truck in the dark in Portland by myself says tons!!!

Very good service! They are very fast and honest. Jose Mora took care of me yesterday and even thought I went to install a new tablet only on my truck I asked if it could be possible to do an alignment, new tires, some sensors checked since I was already there and they made it possible and the most important the truck was ready ON TIME! Thank you for the excellent service 😁 I’m a very happy customer.

Don't get me wrong, I love this place and 99% of the staff and services are awesome. The only thing I noticed is lack of some of the security's willingness to do their jobs. Had a confrontation with an aggressive and threatening driver on the evening of 12/26 and right away could tell the guard only wanted to give minimal effort to his job. Automatically threatened us BOTH with trespassing while hardly listening to the stories and catering to the aggressor. Keep in mind I was the one assaulted first by the driver without me doing anything myself. Still a good place, just get security that actually cares about their job.

It's a really great place good food helpful and polite workers all and all it's a great place. The only downside is the showers close at 6 unless your a driver which I understand but I don't get off untill 7 everyday. Kinda bummed about it but is what it is I guess. Still a great place thank you jubitz and crew.

This place is super clean inside. I'm not a trucker, but was still allowed to drop in to grab some snacks then hit the road! The most impeccable truck stop I have ever seen.

#1 complaint not enough bathroom stalls. Horrible to get up in the morning and not be able to use the restroom. #2 The coffee...bathrooms and good coffee is important. #3 I don't mind spending more to sit down and have a good meal but make it worth the price you pay. Other than that cool amenities dog wash theater and it's pretty clean

Jubitz is a fantastic truck stop, plus a bunch of other things. A nice deli, big spacious restaurant, a small cinema, barbershop, petrol, games, quick mart, post office. They seem to have everything you eed and more. The staff was friendly and the place is clean and well kept.

One of the last great truck stops- actually treat drivers like people- great food and amenities- stop here every chance I can when I come up this way- if you’ve never been here you have to make sure to walk and look around- lots of history in the trucking industry.

As a Trucker, I seem to be in the Portland area a lot. I remember this place as a kid with my Dad. Back when it was a real old place. It been sold a few times since I was a little boy. They used to make parks of the Moving On Show here years ago. My Dad would take me over to this little trailers and he would talk to someone. I found out years later who Claude Atkins, really was. And the thoughts that run through my mind knowing my Dad was friends with him. The place doesn't treat Truckers like it once did when I was a kid. Everything changes over time. But the memories of years ago keeps me stopping here. I don't get free coffee with my fill ups like Truckers did back then. I don't see lady's of the evening walking around, That's a good thing. I do get a $6.00 off ticket at the food bar in the store. Showers are clean. But they could try a better coffee. I think I was looking to keep my Dad's memory alive That's why I keep coming back. Other than that. It's not a bad place to visit from time to time. Now here I am well I to my 60's. And still live with the thoughts of years ago when I was just a boy out there with his Daddy.

Truck parking isn't bad. Well defined lines as well as bobtail parking at the end of every row to help utilize extra space. Showers are nice, my only complaint is the 45 minute time limit. I can understand the necessity for them, but since this is one of the few times I actually get a chance to take my time I'd prefer at least an hour so I could pamper myself properly lol.

Using the mudflap system here is a pain. I had to make 4 trips in before I got it. And trying to explain it to the woman she actually acted like I had no rite to be frustrated. I'll never fuel here again. And talking to drivers at the pump. They didn't like it either. But the final cashier was a total jerk. Zero compassion for the problems I went through. Just an attitude. As I tried to calmly explain there set needs to be simplified. Or quit taking mudflap.

One stop shop for truck drivers. Showers & restrooms. Diner with good wholesome food that taste great. This isn't your fast food style place. A bit pricey, But you will understand once you see how large the serving sizes are here.

I had a appetizing Spanish lasagna meal at Cascade Grill. A little exercise walking and washed my clothes. Hospitality was appreciated. Georgia Truck Driver
