05/25/19: 4.75 out of 5 - I believe I have done past reviews with pictures and friends' and wife's input...not sure what happened to it. :/ Probably forgot to save it. Seasons and Regions is a great place for seafood and other dishes. Mainly came here for brunch, but the food is tasty and seemed to be made just right the many times that I've been here. The coffee is actually quite good. Also, the scones that comes with brunch are an absolute delight! The place seem big but they are great about accommodating big parties. My run group tends to be an easy 8 or more individuals for the brunch. The service at Seasons and Regions is quick, attentive and friendly while not being intrusive. The servers are typically awesome at what they do. I definitely recommend to anyone looking for casual, good food, to try this place once and decide for themselves. I and the others definitely have been coming back for more. Enjoy!

Tonight I ordered their tomato bisque with half a loaf of bread as well as their shrimp and grits and their gumbo and a slice of key lime pie. Ordering here in the past, I knew this place is no joke when it comes to portion size and flavor. The bread was fresh and the tomato bisque full of flavor. I opted to go for the shrimp and grits, which had a dozen (12 - no kidding) tail-on fresh seawater shrimp in it. The shrimp were HUGE and the entree itself super delicious. So here we go. I've got gumbo and dessert left, which will be for another day. The good at this place is delicious the portions are generous. If you like Southern food do yourself a favor and place an order here. You won't be disappointed :)

A close 5 star. If seafood is your craving, this is your fix. The menu has a wide variety of options from more expensive prime seafood options, to a cafe menu with classics such as fish and chips, and entree salads for something lighter. We especially enjoyed the smoked salmon tater-tots for an appetizer, they are perfectly cooked and pair nicely with the dill and cream cheese sauce. The entrees were both good, the crab cakes were filled with big chunks of crab meat, and and the mushroom risotto with rockfish was a big portion. Both dishes lacked some refinement, the vegetables were overcooked and the mashed potatoes were a little soupy. That being said, I ate all of my dish because the flavor was good and the seafood was very fresh. The seating space is small. We made a reservation in advance, and were sat in the attached tent-covered patio. Service was good and the food came out quickly. The outdoor/indoor space is unfinished on the inside with exposed venting and plastic windows facing the street. The indoor space is tight unless you are lucky enough to get a booth. All if this being said, it is worth the visit. The second visit was better than the first and we had very good service.

Seasons is one of my favorite restaurants, and I've been a customer for 17 years. The new remodel was nicely done, and provides larger tables and more space. They have always provided great service, excellent fresh food (locally sourced), and good drinks! Chef Greg and crew don't disappoint. The menu has expanded, and all the options are fantastic! Parking is limited, so ride share if possible.

I have been before and enjoyed the food. Today I ordered some food to go. An item was missing. Called to ask for a refund for the cost of the missing item. Told I would be refunded but I had to speak to a manager first. I was placed on hold. After some time on hold I hung up as i did not want to wait any longer. I suggest empowering the folks who take orders a little to facilitate the operation.

Fantastic place to eat! We are visiting from Houston. I had the Fish and Chips. The fish they use is Rockfish, which had a very fresh taste. The tartar sauce and lemon were an awesome enhancement for the fried fish. My wife got a few of the oyster shooters and an order of the fried oysters. She loved the fresh flavor compared to what we are used to in Houston! We'd love to come back, but it will probably be a long time before we get to revisit. This was a great stop on our vacation!

We had a fantastic dinner today at Seasons & Regions. We started of with drinks, Toddy for me, and my wife got Caribbean Painkiller, both were refreshing. As for the food, we had smoked salmon tater tots for appetizer, tomato basil bisque soup, chowder. For entree, I got the NW seafood sampler, and my wife got the Asian Salmon stir fry. Both of these dishes were simply fanatic and are a must try.

Great seafood at this place. The service is friendly and the food is tasty and comes out quickly. Special mention to the spicy rock fish tacos which were really great. Also, they have an extensive vegetarian menu to accommodate veggie lovers.

I enjoy good food and have a fair bit of experience with it. The crab stuffed halibut is one of the best things I've ever eaten. I had an emotional reaction when it was gone. Cannot recommend enough. Been here a few times and everything is pretty fantastic.

Looks like a great place! Unless your in the "tent" room. Tables packed so close together, with the ambient noise I was unable to heard the conversation taking place at my table. I was at a 4 top and there was a 2 top sandwiched me and the wall, meaning the server literally couldn't reach, access, communicate clearly to or drop plates. It was really uncomfortable. The food in my option was very plain, vegetable's were not cooked (mostly referring to the massive uncooked chunks of mushrooms). Not bad, but as my mother commented (not complaining) "oh! cafeteria food!". They are obviously very busy for happy hour, I'm sure the food experience would have been better if I had paid a fraction of the price. The server I had seemed stressed out, his section was too big for him. He was blunt, barely checked on use, mis-rung a order and the soup never made it too us. Sad to see someone having a hard time when they had 3 employees standing around (hosts). I know this establishment has been there for a long time, Its sad to see a restaurant feel the need to pack in so many tables to maximize potential profits and slip on quality and service.

You wonโ€™t find a better experience in this price range anywhere. The level of service and food offered at Seasons and Regions is remarkable. So much credit to everyone involved for the menu design. The food is art. Paul offered fantastic recommendations from the menu, and he hit on every one of them. He held a perfect pace while managing a totally full section, checking in exactly when we had questions or needed him, and was very personable. I canโ€™t say enough about the high level of care he provided. The entire front of house supported each other and the flow was really nice, especially when considering the overall work space. This is a well managed, high chemistry crew and it shows. The food came out in the proper order, quick but not too fast. Itโ€™s never fun to get your starters just before or with your entrees, and that wasnโ€™t the case here. Great pace, out front and in the back as well. While I obviously didnโ€™t experience the kitchen first hand, itโ€™s clear that they are operating just as smoothly as the front. Definitely make reservations. Iโ€™ll revise this review with photos when I go back for my second visit.

Always a great, nice service. The food was great. The server really paid attention. The food came out in good time. The seafood is so fresh. I go every chance I get. Also wonderful happy hour. I will say we sat outside and it was HOT wish there was a cross breeze.

Used to frequent this restaurant and supported them through the height of COVID with take out only. Several weeks ago we finally decided to dine-in. Made reservations and they sat us out on the patio with our kids and still was a bit chilly even with heaters. Food was just ok, but not stellar like we remembered it to be. The very disappointing about dining here is the parking situation. It's tight and not very well lit. We found parking behind their back entrance. However, the next day we saw a big dent in the side of our car. Someone hit our vehicle and this is the only establishment we went that day. Contacted the restaurant to kindly asked if they can pull their cameras, I was put on hold for several minutes, either they're trying to come up with some excuse or they're really busy on a Monday early service (4pm)?? Some lady answered the phone, didn't provide her name and asked me "What I Wanted?". I politely asked if they can pull the camera video, as someone hit our car and this was the only place we've been to that day. I can easily tell from her voice that she was in a hurry and didn't want to be bothered. She proceeded to tell me that their cameras are ALL down, and supposedly they got broken into. Coincidence or not, I felt greatly annoyed that she hanged up on me right away after advising that. So, in saying that, eat and park here at your own risk! That hundred dollar or so meal could turn to thousands on personal damage. I support local businesses, but if they don't care much about their customers, that's a real turnoff.

Book a table if you can! We loved our dishes and drinks here. Highly recommend the Crab Rissotto and any salmon dish. Intimate space. Seasonal cocktail was great.

Have had delivery from here multiple times. Drove out recently wanting to dine in and was surprised they offer only delivery or takeout. There is no dine in. ๐Ÿ˜… I prefer my fish to be hot and fresh and not takeout. Left and went to wild fin instead in Beaverton. Both have amazing food.

First time we have visited this place in 2016 and tried the best seasfood. After three year we came back and menu has changed slightly but they still serve very fresh and delicious food. This place is very cozy in any season and staff is very helpful

I love their seafood options and it's quite affordable. If you get the humongous burrito, prepare to take some home. There is something for everyone. The cherry bread pudding was a group hit (not pictured).

OM gosh, what a fabulous meal. We got the NW seafood sampler. Lots of delicious seafood which consisted of panko fried Oregon rockfish; dungeness crab & shrimp cake; salmon fillet with a honey, ginger, lime rub topped with mango salsa; plus 2 sides which were garlic masters and fresh seasonal veggies. Plus they included 2 sauces of red pepper aioli and remoulade. Then we got an additional sauce (honey lime jalapeรฑo) - very delicious Would go back again!! They also have happy hour specials on libations and food. It is strictly carry out/ curbside pick up starting at 4 pm Staff are very accommodating and personable. Highly recommended!!

We had a large party in banquet room. Staff was very helpful and attentive. Food was good. Not the usual you find everywhere. Drinks good. I'd go back .

Wow so great! Weโ€™ve ordered takeout twice. The portions are generous, food is flavorful and well seasoned. I recommend the crab wontons, chicken dinner, Parmesan crusted sole, and shrimp & grits. Everything was hot and fresh

We just enjoyed the Salmon, Artichoke with Pita bread prior to the Super Bowl. Chef Greg and his chefs hit our taste buds with a home run on this dish. Looking forward to seeing if they get razor clams next weekend. They are good but they don't come close to Pismo Beach, CA clams. Sorry about that, Chef Greg.
