I have a plot at this garden and i LOVE it, i love the park here also. Here is the problem, THE FREAKING JUNKIES AND TWEEKERS!!!! we have a huge multi cultural comunity of gardners here and everybody is great.BUT there is hypodermic 💉 waste that these bastards throw over the fence into our plots. Hell they are probubly shooting up when nobody is there. The other day some druged up dude hoped the fence in front of four of us in broad daylight and started ripping up peoples plants, we had to chase his ass outa there. I visit my plot almost daily and almost every time i hear another similar story about the previous days bull @$?%. We all love our garden and care verry much for our vegiez, why should we have to have our days peace ruinrd buy these loosers. I just imaguine the day some sweet old lady, or myself even digging in for the days plant care session and getting a HIV needle jamed under a freaking fingernail.I say we all get together and try to get the city to donate razor wire for the top of the fence, and motion lights. Real bright ones. Oh i forgot to mention that they will steal your vegies, especialy watermelon why should we have to wory about what we grow because you might show up to get your mellons etc... you have worked so hard on just to find it gone F that. But other than the freaking junkies, the garden, its gardners and the park are wonderfull places to spend your time. Just watch your hands always have a knife or another person with you. Stay alert always because some a hole blasted out of his mind just might come ruin your day.

Been here for two years and love it. Very friendly people and great garden plots. I used to garden at summers park, but this is way more peaceful. My only note is I wish we had more hedges etc around the fence for privacy.

Although it took awhile to get a spot here, I love it! All my fellow gardeners are friendly and willing to give advice to a first timer. Very nice little place!

Good garden frustrations some times but a good community garden

You can see all the hard work the community has put into the neighborhood. It is beautiful, Seeing all the families and other park goers makes it that much more beautiful.

I wish I would have taken a space here this year. The beds be at Lents are looking fruitful and well tended by their people. My backyard isn't getting the sun I hoped for this year so I probably won't get much of a vegetatable harvest. I could have saved a lot of money at Lents. Also, I kinda envy the "garden talk" I imagine they have with one another. I would enjoy that. Next year

We park here during day to be able to rest and lay on lawn out of the car. Also to fix food. Bathrooms are available Parttime. They are locked up most of the time. DIRTY AND GRAFFITI on the walls. NEVER ANY TOILET PAPER AND NO WASTE CONTAINER.

I like this park. The community garden is nice to check out in the summer. Alot of city league baseball games and a large play area. It's a really good off leash park
