    My partner went and ordered us 9 things, while he was there he was handed a bag with 4 items and when he tried to get the rest of the order the employee refused saying he hadn’t heard the rest, despite the fact that he repeated the order back when taking it. Once home, only 2 of the 4 items we did receive were correct and one of them was a broken shell with nothing but lettuce in it, everything else we ordered was mostly lettuce. I’m never one to complain like this but we have had awful experiences at this location countless times and I’m finally feeling like someone should be accountable for their terrible customer service.

    Ugh, terrible experience at this Taco Bell. I ordered the Deluxe Cravings Box, and was told they didn't have steak. Fine, I get it, supply chain and all that, so I said chicken would be fine for the chalupa. They CHARGED ME AN EXTRA 70 CENTS for the substitution; the screen wasn't displaying correctly so I had no way to knowing until I got my receipt. When I actually unwrapped the chalupa it had maybe 3 pieces of chicken in it, and instead of a Doritos taco I just had a regular crunchy taco. This restaurant really needs to step it up; I will likely go out of my way to visit a different location next time.

    For some reason or another the past few in app orders we needed to go inside the building for further assistance. Very disappointed with the customer service once inside. No one is at the sales counter to assist their patrons. Being introverted, I don't call out for assistance when help is needed, instead patiently wait until noticed. Even though seen waiting at the counter by various staff, all just continue with whatever is in front of them with no regard to me, my wife or any other customer who is waiting at the counter. No greetings, no hold on a minute, just silence as they work ignoring the lobby and counter. When customers want to order at the counter, everyone is re-directed to use the kiosks. Overall, there is nearly zero customer service at this location. Just hoping this isn't the norm in all locations. My main issue comes with being handed my order. There is no eye contact, checking to see if anything else is needed. It is the quickest hand off and back to being ignored. If something else is needed or any questions, then I get to wait until someone decides they have time to help me again. On standard it takes about 20 minutes plus after my order is placed before being able to eat. Usually, one of us gets our order within minutes while the other waits 15 minutes. Even though the order is placed with seconds of each other. No communication between staff and customers. Kiosk or app provides no options to limit or remove ice from drinks. No good way to ask staff to leave ice out. Staff used to provide drinks first while customers waited for food. Now drinks are given minutes after food is handed out. Very unhappy with the way this restaurant is being operated. Unsure if this one is considered fully staffed or not, but it seems ridiculous not to have an appointed person to up in front to assist in customer needs.

    This is one of the worst, if not the worst location in the Portland area. I'm sure the manager will be happy that I'm never coming back to the store again. Unfortunately that shouldn't be the case as I live Almost directly across the street from this location. I drove For Doordash and ubereats for about 3 years and in that 3 years I have Been to this location many times as well as going there for personal food. This location gets the orders wrong 80% of the time. 30-45 min wait in the drive through even if there are only 2 cars(like today). If your order is wrong get ready for no customer service, blank stares, ignoring of your existence, and another 15-30 mins to get the correct order, but with an attitude like you made the order wrong. I stopped going to get my order corrected and just give away or throw away the food. The manager doesn't like me because I had to make sure I got the customers orders right for ubereats. There are 3 taco bells within 2 miles of this location. Please go to these locations instead.

    Just read the reviews. I’ve had the same experience as everyone else. The last 6 or 7 times I’ve been here they mess up my order EVERY SINGLE TIME. I’m always missing items or a substitute is forgotten. This time I ordered 3 chalupa boxes. They had someone standing outside taking orders so I wasn’t able to look at the menu or an order box to confirm my order was correct. It was never repeated either for accuracy. When I got to the window to pay my order wasn’t confirmed either. It wasn’t until I got my receipt I noticed they charged me for the cheddar chalupa box. But whatever it’s close enough. When I got home and opened my boxes they were all missing the burrito and chips and cheese. Instead we got cinnamon twist. If they were out of those items why not ask if they can substitute? And how do you forget half an order?? I also asked for a bunch of sauce since they never give me any. I got 6 packets.. normally I wouldn’t be so annoyed but it’s been a consistent issue every time I go to this location. I will for sure be driving out of my way to go to another location. Someone needs this do something about this location. It’s no coincidence every review on here says the same thing.

    Food isn't what it is supposed to have on it. Instead of notifying customers they are out of some ingredients, they are supplementing different ingredients in place of the regular, this really should be run past the customer maybe they don't want to buy it if it isn't the same ingredients. Pictures show should have been a Taco Supreme, is just a regular taco, and Mexican Pizza covered in cheddar cheese. This place doesn't deserve any stars

    This location consistently gets orders wrong or does a poor job of putting it all together and leaving out items like sour cream on Taco Supremes. If you order anything extra on your taco - double check that you didn't just pay extra to get nothing. I love Taco Bell but I am switching to a different store.

    The food was. The service was mediocre at best and attitudes were poor. Have bladder issues and stood at the counter for quite some time before anyone even acknowledged that I was there and then they didn’t want to let me use it before I ordered. When I explained my situation, they finally let me. I understand their position but, shouldn’t they be accommodating customers instead of sending them elsewhere?

    Buyer be warned!!!!! This location WILL mess up your order if you alter any item even if it’s something as simple as no cheese. And if you order online and they don’t have that item they will refuse to refund you. If anything the staff will treat you like you are inconveniencing THEM if THEY mess up. Do NOT chance this location if you have any dietary restriction. And for those who don’t have dietary restriction, double check to make sure they even have you all your food since they are also notorious for leaving items out.

    I am SO BEYOND sick of this location. They were closed, FOR MULTIPLE DAYS! But did not have anyone shut off their mobile ordering. So of course they took my order, took my money, for me to show up and them to be closed. TB will not refund me, the location refuses to help cuz i ordered in the app. Im getting the run around. WORST managed store in the company. The few times ive gotten food from them the order is NEVER correct, never complete in the bag when given. Ive called the 1800 number 5 times. You cant get through. Ive emailed multiple requests for a refund, im never followed up with.

    I love Taco Bell. Even if they mess up, but this location goes above and beyond messing up. Especially if they have the human outside taking your order …. How is this possible? I ordered 3 items. I was told they are now the “fastest Taco Bell” in the division because of this new human touch pad system (because they don’t have the timer on counting how long a car is at the window!) but I only received 2 items, and only one of them was correct. Fastest does not equal bestest! The “manager” who tried to right the situation simply said, sorry ma’am I just do what corporate tells me. 😳!!!! Well I think it’s time for corporate to listen to all the feedback here and give this team some intensive customer service training.

    When I walked in there was barely a welcome by way of an acknowledging welcome smile from the staff. I wanted to order a meal but instead got a drink. After the online order, the staff still asked me what I ordered which was slightly irritating. I like that it was clean though. However, Pull up your socks taco bell. I didn't feel welcome here so I'm not coming back.

    Jeff was amazing at taking our order. He was headed in a break, but insisted he take our order first instead of us waiting. The team made sure we got our food in a timely manner. I will be visiting this location again.

    This location is usually open later than the others around us. The quality of their food is better than the one we live closest to and the drive-thru line moves faster than any other location I've ever been to so far. So this is where we go for late night tacos. They also have consistently super fast service, usually not a very long line at the drive thru and rarely when there is they are so fast with orders we still get thru quickly. Generous with the sauces, too

    Consistency sure is....something. while the food quality is fine (all taco bells are basically the same in that regard which is good), this particular location seems to always forget at least one item in our order, esp. in drive-thru. I understand mistakes now and then, drive-thru is awful to work, but it's SO consistent it almost seems like these folks are trained to mess things up. Weird stuff. But at the end of the day I keep coming back so honestly it's not the worst thing I guess lol

    Coming here was an absolute joke. The worker wouldn't take my order over the counter. The drive thru wasn't busy. It was like he was bothered simply by me walking in. Super rude worker. Absolutely 0 customer service. Once I got my food I really wasn't surprised that my taco was over an hour expired. I ordered my food at 1:30 and the taco i received said "discard at 12:11".Good job selling me expired food. The fries were so undercooked and smashed. I just tossed em. I could tell even the cooks didn't want to do their jobs. I'd give this place 0 stars if I could. If you're looking for something to eat without someone treating you like garbage. DO NOT EAT HERE.

    The food is truly exquisite here. When I heard they were the first taco bell nominated for a Michelin star, I had to make a reservation. And boy, did it live up to my expectations. Imagine every meal from The Menu, but somehow even more creative and you don't have to worry about being murdered. I saw, just for a moment, the ecstasy of nothingness that is Nirvana. Then I had the vegan nacho cheese fries and they were completely adequate. What an experience. What an incredible moment. The teenager at the window didn't even do a Fortnite dance, which is great. A spiritual experience. Drop everything. Leave your family. Eat at this taco bell.

    Went here for a quick dinner, ordered a number 2, number 8 and then 2 chicken chalupa Supremes with drinks, I get what I thought was my order ans head home, by the time i get home i realize none of my food items were correct or even equal to what I spent, so I drive back by then it's about 20 minutes and tell them about their mistakes, they handed me my order which had been sitting for 20 minutes and was already cold. My crunchy taco was soggy and everything was cold and they refused to remake my order..... Very disappointed 11/25/23 at 6:30-7:10pm.

    The only Taco Bell in the city that on a regular basis gets my order right. However the drive-thru lines are always really long. One time there was only a couple cars in line and I waited over 20 minutes. Average wait time in the Drive-Thru regardless of traffic is about 10 minutes. Staff is friendly and consistent so worth the wait

    June 22, 2023 Upon entering the building employees barely acknowledged my presence. We ordered 3 Build Your Own Cravings Boxes. The food tasted like chemicals and was cold. It took the employees 20+ minutes to prepare our food. I had to keep asking about my order. The employees seemed overwhelmed by the drive-thru and couldn’t manage pickup orders properly. The atmosphere was sketchy too. A lot of the customers that were dining inside seemed to have drug and mental issues. Also, the tables were not clean (sticky and had food on them). I won’t be returning here.

    Do not eat here. I’ve never see a worse group of employees at a fast food chain ever. No customer service whatsoever. They weren’t even calling out orders in the lobby. Just setting it on the counter next to the Uber orders until customers came up and asked for their food 20 minutes later. Always a slow line in the DT as well. Go to 90th and stark

    This is the first review I've ever wanted to write. This is the worst Taco Bell I have ever experienced. Whether its door dash, in person, night time, mid day, or morning. The food is always stale and items are always missing. I don't get it. The amount of times i have received half of an order (for one person) is extensive. I order a delux cravings box and a nacho bell grande. And more often than not, Its missing half the order. The taco and burrito are almost always missing. Thats over 50% of what I ordered, missing, when looking at just the box. Something like that happening once I understand. But 5? 7? 10 times? Over the course of several months? Absolutely ridiculous. Nowadays, if I want taco bell I drive across town to another location for it.

    Skipped our order completely, had to remind them of it, then as they were preparing it they stopped and let it sit while they swept the floor. Then when it was "finished" they said it would take another 10 minutes if we wanted black beans (which we'd ordered), or we could have pintos. It had already been 45 minutes, so we opted for the latter. They weren't very busy, and there was no apology or acknowledgement of the issue. Clearly this was nothing out of the ordinary for them. Almost missed our movie, then when we got to the theater the people at the concession stand said they'd had the exact same experience at this same Taco Bell. I can understand having an off day where work flow is bad, but when it's so routine to make people wait an hour to get their food that you don't even say anything about it, that's a problem. We'll get fast food somewhere else. This was anything but.

    I was waiting to use the restroom and once the person exited the restroom I noticed they were an employee. I didn't hear the sink running or the hand dryer. Once I got inside the restroom I touched the inside of the sink and it was bone dry. Absolutely disgusting that he would not wash his hands before returning to work, especially after taking a dump. Never coming back to this location. This happened at approximately 1:50PM 11/6/2022 for any managers who would like to review camera footage

    I don't know why I kept going back but 3 times in a row they forgot the sauce I asked for, this time I ordered from door dash and added the sauces and they forgot again. Another time the food was unbelievably disgusting. By far the worst taco bell location of all time.

    Ordered my standard (any location) Taco Bell order which is pretty tasty but when I get my cinnamon twists at this location they tasted like chemicals! This has never happened to me. But they also smelt like burnt plastic? It was a taste that lingered quite a bit unfortunately. This occurrence apparently has happened at enough Taco Bells to create a Reddit thread. Guess it was my time 🤢

    What is up with the dude working drive thru? I had a mobile order with 15 hot sauce, cause I got 8 items. Get my food, no drink, he gotta get it, item missing, he gotta get it. No hot sauce. I tell him and he gives me Three. I'm like no, more please. He gives me 2 more. I'm like no 10 more. He starts arguing with me. Over Hot Sauce!! That he should have had in the bag in the first place!!!! Go work somewhere else dude.

    One of the wost locations I've ever been to. They constantly make mistakes on orders which normally doesn't bother me too much, but on my last visit my order missing items and nearly every item was missing ingredients. So I called to inform them and they offered me a free redo order. The gentleman did not provide his name but told me I could say my name and they would make it. Two weeks later I went back to that location and asked for the remake only to be laughed at because I didn't know the gentleman's name who I was on the phone with. They then told me they would not remake my order because I didn't not arrive within 48 hours of the call which was never communicated to me. Save yourself some stress and drive a little further to a different location.

    Best Taco Bell in a long time. It was fresh, the gal in the drive way was very patient and kind. The meat on my taco was delicious. I definitely will be going back there!
