    First of all I know it's a very low rating but it comes with caution and concerns. Although the employees are doing an great job at being polite and timely the issue I have is with the people standing in the drive thru begging, holding signs and sometimes even being inappropriate in public. This is unsafe and unprofessional. It's problem in order to satisfy customers and provide customers with a satisfactory experience.

    20+ minutes in drive thru, Out of fries, forgot 2 items in my order...again. another 5-10 minute wait standing by their door to get my items, no apology just a thank you. Management needs an overhaul. Don't waste your time here, go-to foster one

    This location has gotten so bad at fulfilling complete orders. If I order delivery, 9/10 times part or half of my order is missing. My drinks are usually always missing. Today it was such a chaotic episode that even going through the drive-thru somehow they missed 5 of the sausage muffins I ordered. And since I had to ask for a ride there, I have no way of getting them. Which means my husband and I do not have our breakfast. I'm going to call, but I'm rather sure they won't understand half of what I'm saying. Let alone do anything to fix it.

    I bought 2 spicy mcchickens and 2 Carmel Sundays. Total was 9.62$. How is two little burgers buy one get one for a dollar and 2 Sundays (2.75 each) and they were child size it was super disappointing. Totally never going to McDonald's again because that's burgerville prices. I couldn't believe it for the size. What a rip off. Great service though!

    Their ice cream machine never works and the you are stuck in line till the people in front of you get there food just to get out and go to Dairy Queen. It would be so easy for McDonalds to put a sin up saying their ice cream machine isn't working so they are not wasting my time and theirs with orders they can not fill!

    They tore down the cool old school McDonald's and build a ugly new one. Never been inside as the inside had never reopens sheet lockdowns. Doesn't seem like they're every planning to. There's always someone with a sign in the drive thru line panhandling which is cool of them to let houseless people try getting some food too. They are always respectful to the customers from what I've seen. The food is McDonald's not much to say on that.

    The fries were great! The bathroom needed better upkeep. The available toilet was stuffed with toilet paper. There was no trash can in the stall. There was no soap in the soap dispenser. But they did have hands free door openers.😳

    I'm a very wealthy man, and I enjoy eating at McDonald's. Due to my work, I travel a lot around the States and always make sure to stop by any local McDonald's in the area. Unfortunately, I had an unpleasant and unexceptional experience with the management at McDonald's 9100 SE Powell Blvd, Portland, OR 97266. I was in the area for a business meeting, and before attending the meeting, I had made a stop to the local McDonald's. Due to their poor knowledge of language, they had a hard time understanding me. I was patient and polite. Although was doing my best to work with them and help them understand what I was trying to order. My patient ran out right after the worker began acting rude. Not only did I have a bad experience with the management of this McDonald's, but they also messed up my order. I was in a hurry to get to my meeting and was in a mad mood. Thank you for their hard work, but they need to learn how to run a business.

    Extremely rude! And that is an understatement of the night crew provides the worst service that I have ever experienced in my entire life. I asked for my fries extra hot when I got them they were not even warm so I asked the person to heat them up and he rolled his eyes at me and then took my bag out of my hand. When he brought them back, only the top if you were hot, so I went back to the window in which they ignored me and I had to literally stand in front of the drive-through window, blocking traffic for five minutes until someone open the window. At that point the lady started yelling at me telling me to move, and that I’ve already eaten from fries, which that’s not even what I was talking about. Yes I had a couple french fries to see if they were hot that’s it. It was a huge ordeal to try to get them to give me hot fries. I will never be going back and if I were you I would avoid this ovation at ALL costs!!!

    We very rarely get my youngest McDonald's. Due to his current needs, he could only go through drive thru. We took forever ordering at the window and then longer at pickup because he climbed out of his car seat he was so excited! The whole time, the employees were nothing but patient and pleasant, which is not how we are usually treated in drive thru's. Thank you for your incredible customer service making my kids day and making his experience inclusive and accessible even when it wasn't typical.

    Good food great people. The arches in the photo are one of a kind. They sold them arches and now there is a new Mc' Donald's there. It looks great. Nice dining and coffee house.

    Called to reconcile a botched order and they won't even answer the phone. With what they are charging these days mcds better step up their service game. You can eat something decent for the same price.

    Interesting how this McDonald's has the appearance of being 24 hrs according to the store hours and everything being lit up but I'm told there closed through the speaker box every night after about midnight or so. My fourth time in a week trying. I get the area is rough but they can at least be more informative.

    It's improved since last I gave a review. Special order accuracy is up and freshness is more likely, especially during daylight and early dark hours. New staff is more attentive and chill, too. The atmosphere is soso, but honestly that's to be blamed on politics and economics, not the restaurant - a McDonald's franchise doesn't have much power to make people around it richer and safer after all.

    I'm not even sure I've been inside this McDonald's restaurant. They have probably the most efficient drive thru systems imaginable. There's always a line. But it always goes quickly. Fast, friendly and professional employees seem to get you correct order into your hands in one of the most timely prompt manner of any drive thru experience.

    I had a pretty average experience at McDonalds. Would I come here again? Yes. Would I wait some time before coming again? Yes. I love the Sweet Tea and Nuggets. What can I say? A girl knows what she likes to eat 😊

    As far as fast food goes it was a quick process. The food quality is what you would expect from a fast food chain. I’ve been to this location multiple times and the wait time may vary depending on the time of day. But the service is very quick. The indoor services are closed at 9pm so drive thru is the only option after 9pm.

    Workers have no clue what they are doing. Homeless always sitting at the drive thru begging for money. Had a mobile order that I paid for, drove up to speaker and was ignored for 4 minutes with no one in front of me. Finally pulled forward to get their attention only to be told that they couldn’t accept my order. I had paid and the app told me that my food was being made. I did not receive my food and I also did not receive a refund. If you like sloppy service and clueless staff, this is the perfect McDonald’s for you!

    Look, I get it, mistakes happen. But when I clearly specify for a pumpkin spiced iced coffee multiple times..... you still give me Carmel iced coffee? You got the rest of the order right but can't quit figure it out. To the 3 people that I corrected about the order before being given the incorrect order, go find another job outside of customer service.

    Their app was having issues and it wasnt just was us and the manager was extremely professional and corrected the issue without us having to ask. Not only that he apologized and it was genuine and that was awesome and that means I will continue to patronage this location moving forward. Most locations (all chains included) and forgot to offer customer service and be nice and it was refreshing to be treated well when something goes wrong especially when it wasnt our fault. So thank you!

    Today it was very quick and easy reading through the drive-through on my electric scooter. There wasn't any traffic and the employees were actually helpful and did a nice job today thank you!

    I gave 3 stars for service because of the last time my partner and I went there, the lady in the 2nd window had very disrespectful mannerisms which were directed to my partner. He had done nothing at all to her and yet, she had what seemed like a personal vendetta for him. This is part what happened: We had to give our order at the window because the drive through speaker was not working at that moment, so after I was done saying my order, he started to say his, when she rudely cut him off said she only needs "1 person to speak, not 2", and the whole time she was looking at me, not once did she look at him when addressing us(even when the comments are directed towards him), she than asks me what my other order is, I then ask my partner what he would like to order and as he says his order loud enough for her to hear, I repeat what his says after every word, then when it came to the children's order, he would say very loud each child's order, then right after I would whisper it very quietly. Let me tell you, this lady was sticking to what she said, she couldn't hear what I was repeating, so she would ask me to repeat and please say it a bit louder, I said my throat hurts, could you not hear my husband? I'll have him say it, she says no, just one person and it's the person who initially started the order. While doing all this my husband and my food was already done, somehow she forgot I had not paid for our meals yet and she still was trying to have me repeat the children's order, but yet she walked away from the window to go do something random, a different lady walks up, and without verifying if we had paid, handed us $65 worth of food, while checking to make sure we had everything, the original lady came back, I got her attention so that my husband could tell her THANKS FOR THE FREE FOOD (some how she heard him very clearly that time) because I could hear her attempt to respond as I drove off. The most resent time I went there, the service was great!

    Always someone standing by building in drive thru flying a sign. That isn't a big issue but issue becomes when they are aggressive and demanding for money. The employees don't always give you your recipe and orders 3 out of 5 times are wrong. Cashier is rude when asking for correct items

    Stood at speaker for 10 min without being greeted. Ordered at window. Took 4 tries to order 4 items. They forgot my McChicken. Bread was hard and stale on my quarter pounder. Drive through cashier was rude. Will never come back to this location.

    Dining room is only open from 11-2. Only if you're ordering to go. And there's no open restroom. So I mean, it's great if you're intending on doing drive thru I guess, but past that it's pretty inconvenient (which is arguably the entire point of fast food)

    Very busy place but they got the order right even though I added a hash brown up at the window. They did have a woman flying a sign in the drive thru line which I am surprised they didn't chase her off. Food was hot. Pop was cold.

    Every person I've dealt with is super friendly. They're quick, and their food is pretty good. I just don't feel safe in this neighborhood. Which isn't their fault. But that's the only reason for the 3 stars. Definitely recommend only going in the daylight.
