Stayed here back in May of β€˜21. Had a fantastic time and Milan made our stay memorable with his engaging interaction and scrumptious breakfasts. The Inn is very clean and comfortable. It’s situated within a lovely, historic neighborhood and walkable to restaurants and shops within 10-15 minutes. We definitely recommend the West End Inn for an unforgettable Portland experience!

Fantastic B and B. Lovely historical house. Our room had AC, a comfy bed, and a roomy bathroom. Excellent host and tasty breakfast. Walking distance to good restaurants and a lovely park. Would definitely return!

This inn was perfect. Historical with a modern touch. My husband and I were on the 3rd floor in Room 5 at the West End. Milan was a wonderful host, attentive but allowed you have a sense of privacy. Our room was one of the most comfortable rooms I've ever stayed in before. We had so much space, but the topper was the tub. I was able to soak in the tub every single evening and was an incredible treat! Every morning we were served a very filling and fresh breakfast which was always delicious. The parking around there was much easier to get over some other inns we stayed at. No doubt if we ever come back we will stay at the West End Inn again and recommend anyone else too!

Truly exceptional. We had a small but lovely room with everything we needed. The highlight was the breakfast and service. Milan made truly delicious food and accommodated a food allergy easily. It was about a 25 minute walk from the Old Port, 10 to the great art museum. We would return any time.

Wonderful stay here. They let us check in earlier before our wedding at the courthouse so we could get ready. Breakfast was great and accommodations were comfortable.

We had such a lovely stay at the West End Inn this past weekend celebrating our first wedding anniversary. The inn keeper Milan was an exceptional host- from his recommendations, to his homemade breakfast each morning, he went above and beyond to deliver amazing service to his guests. The Inn itself was decorated nicely and well maintained plus in a great location close to everything. 10/10!

This is such a great spot for travelers to come to for a home away from home! This B&B is right outside of downtown with great walkability. Not sure where to go? Just ask! Milan knows unique spots to check out. He also checked us in and made sure we knew where to park. I think we asked like 100 times about parking but he was patient and kind. Or stay in- the inn has super comfy beds with ample pillows and blankets. I'm a light sleeper but slept great in room 1 right off the livingroom area. There's 2 sets of doors and we couldn't hear much if at all. Also breakfast was amazing!!

We had the one of the top rooms. While it was a haul upstairs, I couldn’t have been happier with the room! Simple, yet elegant. I was very impressed by how cool they were able to keep the upstairs area during some really hot days over the summer. The service was amazing, from housekeeping to food. The curated wine list fit the bill for us. It set up our trip so well. Without a doubt, we will fight anyone to try to stay in this place again!

The West End Inn was fantastic! We were in room 5 on the top floor. The room was large, comfortable, and well appointed. The bathroom was spacious with nice amenities. We easily could have stayed longer! Milan was very welcoming and helpful (and a great chef!). Afternoon cookies were delicious and snacks were great. The breakfast was excellent. The location was quiet and in walking distance to some restaurants and shops, but not so much the port. Highly recommend!

The West End Inn was wonderful. From the moment we stepped in, everything was perfect. The room was nicely appointed. Milan and Steven were outstanding. The breakfast was cooked perfectly each morning. We have dietary restrictions, so Steven served us to those. I’d recommend The West End Inn while staying in Portland.

A great, unique boutique stay in a quiet neighborhood of Portland, but still an easy walk to the Old Port and such. Staff are super nice and friendly.

this place was everything i could have asked for it more. it was small, quaint and cozy. the location was very quiet but close enough to the downtown area for it to be walkable. the service was impeccable, the rooms were big and very clean. the breakfast-to-order was amazing. i really can't say enough about this place, we 100% plan on coming back here during our next visit to portland.

My stay at the West End Inn exceeded all expectations! My room was much larger than expected and very well cleaned. Breakfast each day was phenomenal and it was lovely meeting other travelers in the dining room. The common areas and wine/bar area were spotless and inviting. The location is quiet and safe, just a 3 minute walk to the Western Promenade and about a 20 minute walk downtown! Steven was the innkeeper during my stay and he was friendly and accommodating, giving great recommendations and letting me leave my luggage there after checkout until I had to leave for my flight. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend the inn to any other travelers!

Perfect. If you have any hesitations, ignore those thoughts and book a few nights or a week. From the moment we step foot inside I knew this was a special place. The lobby is well appointed, spacious and clean. The beer fridge was delightful the night we were too exhausted to leave. The bed and linens were superb. The towels were some of the best and the soaps were mildly scented but very memorable. What a lovely street to be on and quiet too. Breakfast as noted by others, really steals the show. Amazing fresh ingredients, eggs, baked bread, and flowers at our table. What really shines here is Milan and his team. Polite, mindful and courteous. Not having spoken to Milan very much, we happened to cross paths on the streets of Portland and he kindly recommended a few spots in town to visit. It was just a nice gesture.

Walking distance to the Portland Museum of Art and fun restaurants and well away from noise and through traffic. Beautiful room with a huge comfortable bed, large bathroom, and gorgeous furnishings. The breakfast was fantastic and generous and served by a most congenial host, Milan. Lots of coffee and snacks for the day were offered. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, highly recommend this B&B!

We can't say enough great things about Milan, his team, and beautiful inn. Everyone was incredibly welcoming. Milan took incredible care of us to make our time unforgettable. The Inn is charming and beautiful. Our room was gorgeously designed and very comfortable/quiet. The location is transformative to another time. Very relaxing to stroll the streets and take in the great history of Portland.

The Wear End Inn exceeded our expectations and made our stay in Portland great! The staff were extremely friendly and welcomed us right away, making sure we knew about all the amenities like robes in the room, free snacks, and a wine bar. The common areas were very cozy and nicely decorated. We really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, it was homemade and made to order - so delicious! Definitely a highlight and we will be coming back!
