Beware
of
dishonest
billing
practices.
I
had
5
sessions
at
the
NW
location
and
additional
appointments
scheduled
until
I
started
receiving
the
billing
statements
and
insurance
claim
documents.
I
communicated
with
them
back
and
forth
for
over
a
month
in
an
attempt
to
gain
clarity
on
the
billing
codes
and
discussed
the
disputed
charges
with
the
provider,
the
billing
department,
and
the
branch
manager
but
no
resolution
has
been
reached.
It
became
very
clear
they
were
billing
for
services
never
performed
and
for
longer
time
durations
for
services
that
were
performed.
I
have
an
FSA
account
to
pay
for
unexpected
medical
bills,
so
paying
is
not
the
issue,
but
I
refuse
to
do
business
with
dishonest
people
trying
to
take
advantage
of
a
medical
system
that
lacks
transparency.
As
for
the
actual
services
performed,
I
saw
no
improvement
and
ended
up
getting
a
much
better
result
from
yoga
classes
and
a
few
massage
therapist
sessions,
no
ridiculous
medical
bills
required.
I
would
not
recommend
the
service
at
all,
but
if
you
do,
be
vigilant
about
watching
what
is
billed
to
your
insurance.
