Fantastic view at Porto Moniz

Miradouro da Santinha ist ein atemberaubender Aussichtspunkt auf der Insel Madeira in Portugal. Von hier aus genießt man eine spektakuläre Aussicht auf die Steilküste, das azurblaue Meer und die beeindruckende Landschaft der Insel. Der Miradouro ist ein beliebter Ort, um atemberaubende Sonnenuntergänge zu beobachten und die Schönheit Madeiras in vollen Zügen zu erleben.

Schöner Ort, die Aussicht von oben ist gigantisch. Im Dörfchen selbst ist alles Recht übersichtlich. Ob man die angelegten Pools, oder die natürlichen mag, bleibt jedem selbst überlassen. Ich mochte dir Stelle dazwischen, wo man sie volle Kraft der Natur bewundern konnte.

Absolutely incredible view. Nice and easy parking with quite a few spaces, bigger than in other places. Which makes you feel safer and less stressed if you are with little ones.

A simple roadside stopping point, well worth a few minutes to see the view far above Porto Moniz.

Definitely worth a visit - even if you don't take the cable car or walk the path down, the view from the top is great! If you do want to take the cable car it's €5 per person for a round trip - €3 if you want to walk down and take the car back up. If it's raining I wouldn't recommend taking the path down as it's fairly steep.

Great views both from the viewpoint at the top and directly from the town. Getting here by road 101 is an unforgettable route of the island.

If you drive along this rather steeped and winding road, you need to stop at this parking from where there is a beautiful view of Porto Moniz.

Nice view overlooking Santana. The natural swimming pools are kind of far away but it's still nice to see the city with the colourful roofs.

A small viewing platform before the road starts it's steep and winding descend into Porto Moniz. Wonderful views down to and across the Town with it's wild and rugged coastline. Definitely worth a quick stop.
