Unfortunately this time I didn't have a good experience. I went for a straightening treatment (I've done several over the years, including once in this space) and I had to wait 10 minutes with the product on my head, as it started to make my scalp very itchy and make me uncomfortable. While they were washing the product for me, someone who I assume was the manager, had a defensive posture and said things to me like “Something has changed in you.”, “If you can't handle it, don't do it.”, instead of being worried about the effect. that the product was having. It's been a week and every now and then I still feel itchy on my scalp. It seems strange to me since I've already done several straightening treatments, and I've never had a reaction to this type of product. The manager's attitude caused them to lose a customer.
