I go to Portugal every year and a visit to Vitaminas never fails, the salads are delicious, I always put different ingredients and they are 100% fresh; The dishes are abundant and the prices affordable, an ideal option if you are a fan of healthy and fresh food. Normally I go to Vitaminas de Arrabida Shopping but I also went to this specific one, the food as always... Very delicious, but the customer service a little average. Normally the clerks who have served me have been very friendly and patient because although I know how to speak Portuguese, it is a bit difficult for me to pronounce but in this place the girl who served me was a bit rude... even the customer who was before me asked things like if he wanted extra of something and he didn't... he gave me the things and no goodbye or anything. I won't stop going because 9/10 times it has been a very good experience and the food does not disappoint.

I'm a regular customer at vitamin stores, this is the opposite of the others... This is terrible... Orders (ubereats) almost all fail, either there are missing ingredients or missing juices or they disrespect orders by sending changed ingredients, in the last order they sent a sample , it would be equivalent to half the food that any other vitamin store usually serves. Clearly the problem lies in the lack of monitoring by the store/employees and the disrespect of the brand's headquarters. I don't recommend it, it's worth the effort to drive a few kilometers and go to any other vitamin store, any will be much better than this one.

When I arrived to pick up the order reserved on the Too Good Too Go app, the attendants told me that there were no more boxes to collect, that the food had already run out and that they had thrown my order away because I arrived at the last minute of collection. Meanwhile the display was full of food. In addition to the embarrassing situation, they were very rude, saying that they couldn't do anything, that I should come earlier next time and that I had to resolve it with Too Good Too Go. Finally, I would like to indicate that there was no indication of where the store was inside Via Catarina, so if I hadn't wasted time looking tired after getting home from work, maybe I could have arrived 5 minutes earlier.

How is it possible that the professional who prepares the salads does not have critical thinking and chose not to add avocado and suggest an alternative?
