Does not work

I consulted "doctor" Marta Ferreira a few months ago. I needed several dental treatments, some simple and others that involved the placement of implants and prosthetics. At first glance, the lady even seemed reasonably friendly and professional to me. He gave me a quote of a few thousand euros but he doesn't have any credit system and only works on a point-of-payment basis. I made him understand that at this moment I was not in a position to pay such a large amount up front and that I would then choose to carry out only the simplest treatments. Right here I noticed a difference in his attitude, starting to have a harsh and clearly hostile attitude towards me. Despite this, he still treated some of my teeth and put in temporary putty. This took place in, I believe, 4 or 5 sessions, which I obviously paid for on the spot. I had to wait a few weeks and make another appointment to complete the treatments. From then on I was NEVER ABLE TO CONTACT SAID LADY AGAIN. He sent me messages over the phone postponing treatments until, after many months of insistence on my part, he said he was only getting implants. Only at that point did I finally realize what kind of person this "doctor" Marta is. It's unbelievable how she had the nerve to refuse to complete the treatments she started, after knowing that the patient didn't want to do the more expensive work with her. I waited several months, I suffered a lot of pain during those months (the temporary mass has to be replaced after some time), always waiting for the treatments to be completed. What a TERRIBLE PROFESSIONAL this "doctor" Marta Ferreira turned out to be!
