am,
I
went
to
Unilabs,
located
Rua
de
Costa
Cabral
2252
in
Porto,
to
carry
out
clinical
analyses.
The
day
before,
I
had
gone
to
the
same
place
to
ask
for
instructions
on
how
to
carry
out
these
analyses.
The
next
day,
when
I
go
to
the
place
again,
the
girl
at
reception
says
that
a
mask
is
necessary
(which
I
understand
perfectly).
The
older
colleague,
who
was
collecting
blood
from
a
patient,
in
another
room
with
the
door
open,
shouts
to
reception:
"-
Again?
Yesterday
it
was
a
mask."
To
which
I
politely
replied
that
they
hadn't
given
me
any
mascara
and
that
despite
not
knowing,
I
understood.
In
a
totally
disrespectful,
aggressive
and
fish
market-like
tone,
which
deserves
all
my
respect,
he
responds:
"-
Now
the
masks
cover
your
ears?
I
told
you
just
yesterday"
This
does
not
correspond
to
the
truth,
they
did
not
give
me
a
mask
the
day
before,
nor
any
such
information
(although
I
recognize
that
I
may
not
have
heard)
However,
the
way
the
employee
addressed
herself
and
the
words
she
spoke
were
totally
unacceptable
for
a
professional.
In
order
not
to
get
upset
and
noticing
the
employee's
rude
attitude,
I
walked
out
the
door
and
headed
to
another
laboratory.
I
decided
to
report
it
via
email
and
Google
review,
so
that
no
user
goes
through
this
again
and
that
those
responsible
at
Unilabs
send
this
complaint
to
them.
It
is
extremely
bad
to
have
3rd
class
service
from
an
employee,
especially
in
the
health
sector,
who
talks
to
users
as
if
she
knew
them
from
school,
with
the
door
open
while
collecting
blood
from
another
user
and
shouting
to
reception,
where
were
they
the
most?
users
in
the
waiting
room.
In
order
not
to
harm
the
other
colleague
at
reception,
I
would
like
to
point
out
that
she
was
the
oldest
colleague
in
the
blood
collection
(who
previously
worked
at
Lab
Med
/
Unilabs
located
on
Rua
Honório
de
Lima,
in
Porto)
In
light
of
this
incident,
I
am
here
to
report
this
via
email
and
Google
review,
so
that
no
user/client
can
go
through
this.
In
addition
to
being
extremely
unpleasant,
it
tarnishes
the
professional
image
of
Unilabs
laboratories.
