I went for the Breakfast Experience, with a local bread made out of corn, with chestnuts, a crunchy rustic bread, both well buttered and with house-made jam and a port wine reduction jelly. The scrambled eggs were firm, springy, perfectly cooked and seasoned. The breads were fantastic. One crunchy and satisfying, one soft and full of rich and naturally sweet flavours. Great coffee and fresh orange juice. They also have a short menu of different types of scrambled eggs and toasts. Extensive hot and cold drinks menu. Staff were friendly and welcoming and spoke at least Portuguese, Spanish, English and French fluently. Service was very detail oriented and observant, without being overbearing.
