This place is the BEST! My partner and I had a wonderful stay here. The room was perfect with beautiful, large windows, and the overall building had excellent accommodations. Mariana, from the front desk, is the kindest I’ve met, and she even provided a map with things to do and her favorite restaurants in Porto - which made our trip so much better. This might be the best home away from home experience I’ve ever had.

Everything about this place was incredible! And the host was simply amazing, thank you Joanne for looking after us so well and even helping us book the second part of our trip. We will definitely be back!

Just poor service! After my flight was cancelled just 9 hours before boarding, without options to rebook, I contacted the hotel and asked for refund. The biggest dissapointment regarding service for a long time. If you get in force majeure situations, you can`t expect any support, just stay away from here.

I would like everyone to know that this place cancelled our stay when our flight got cancelled and when we arrived in Portugal we had no where to stay because they said we were a no show when in fact I sent them an e-mail telling them that we had our flight cancelled. I would not recommend this place to anyone because the lady in charge was very rude and when we needed help she hung up on me through their intercom!!!

My wifey and I stayed there on a business trip of mine and we really enjoyed it! It was squeaky clean and quite new. We stayed in a duplex apartment and enjoyed the kitchen, private space, and living area. We give attention to gym facilities, which they also provide. At the time of our stay, it was very cold, and we would have wanted the gym room to be warmer than it was ... besides that, good location and very friendly employee at the reception!

Wow, I am truly speechless - in a positive way. This accomodation is all one can wish for. The amazing experience already started with the reservation, communication and all the information I was given upfront. They even do have their own App, where one finds great tips for the trip. Also the airport driver service they arranged was very comfortable and everything was super easy. I had an early flight and arrived early morning, and I was welcomed very warmly and received my keys, could store my luggage and already relax by the pool. They were super fast in getting my room ready for me to move in. The room was really spacious, super well equipped and had amazing views to the garden and the pool. The bed is comfortable, the kitchen has everything one needs (even a citrus press and a Nespresso machine) and the bathroom is really big. Everything is perfectly clean. The back side of the building is very quiet and peaceful. I would definitely recommend to get an apartment facing the back. The garden and pool area are really perfect to relax after a day of sightseeing. The place also offers a washing machine and dryer, which allows you to travel with light luggage. I also loved the location of the hotel, as it's in good walking distance to the city center and also very close to bus stations and the metro. On top the staff is super friendly and really helpful with everything one might need. I cann wholeheartedly recommend this place and if I will ever return to this city, this is my place to stay. I couldn't think of any better place. Tanks from my heart to Mariana and team.

My partner and I really enjoyed our stay here. Rooms are really nice and clean and have everything you need for an extended stay. Staff are super friendly and great with advice of where to visit/eat or drink. The gym is one of the best I have seen at a hotel It is a bit far from town but we always use that as an excuse for my steps and an extra beer or portugese tart

In the center of Porto with easy access and parking close by. Joana was a great host and received us the best way , great welcoming and really nice apartments. Good gym and nice terrace with a pool too! Totally recommended!

Gut ausgestattete Appartments und Fitnessraum. Das Team an der Rezeption war sehr hilfsbereit. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit! Die Lage ist zentral und wir waren in 15 min. zu Fuß im Trubel der Stadt.

Everything was great! The room was big and clean and the staff super helpful! We had warm water all the time and the bed was really comfortable. We had a feeling that we were home!! The price really reasonable based on what they offered. strongly recommend this accommodation!!

Amazing quiet boutique hotel in Porto with swimming pool and walking distance to tourist attractions. We have returned to this hotel as it is good value for money and feels like kome since there are very few rooms.

Nice and renovated apartments located in the quiet area of the city but still very close to the city center (walking is possible). Swimming pool was very clean and ready to use, despite the bad weather. Very welcome check-in with a lot of useful information. It is not easy to park the car on the door, but manageable. Very good relation between quality and price. Recomend.

The staff and the flat were amazing! Ana and Andreia were always there for us (at the front desk or on the phone) and the flat (premium duplex) was super huge and cosy + well equipped! They leave for the guest a smartphone with 4G and so much infos about restaurants and place to see. The breakfast is a bit expensive but really excellent, especially the yogurt and the jus ;) We recommend the restaurant in front of the flat (Apego) and do not be dumb like us : take the Santa Catarina street to go to the city center even if it's longer and not the small (and not nice) streets nearby :)

Excellent place to stay in Porto. Not far from the center but extremely quiet and comfortable. You have all you need for the stay. The staff is friendly and very helpful! 100% recommended 👍

Amazing place to stay. The staff is kind, the pool and gym are great, the room was quite big and well kept and there's access to commodities like water, beer and coffee. They also provide tips about what places to visit and where to eat. Absolutely recommended.
