Hands down the best gym in Porto if you are into hardcore training. Tons of space, hammer strength machines, old school vibe. Perfect for a powerlifter or a bodybuilder. Edit: got yelled at for deadlifting... so not adapted for powerlifters. Otherwise cool place.

The gym looks incredible, too bad I can't access it. I was visiting Porto for a week, I wrote to the Facebook account to see if I could train there and pay by session, they told me to go there and meet the manager. Once there, the desk staff was not speaking anything else than Portuguese, still we found a way to understand each other, but she told me that I could not train there only once, a minimum of 3 sessions is needed. I said fine I'll pay 31,99€ for three sessions. But then she tells me ( it was on a Saturday) that I have to wait to Monday to buy my 3 session pass. Too bad I'm leaving on Monday . Wish I would have been told this online before walking 35 minutes to get there for nothing.

Plenty of 20kg and some 25kg plates, but only one squat rack, and you won't find any bumper plates or DL platforms here. Several smith machines, tons of other machines (cables, cardio, etc), and a pretty substantive dumbbell range (≥45kg) crammed into a narrower space. Have to be mindful when doing DLs or barbell rows, as the floor is thin and the downstairs business isn't appreciative of any thuds. Overall, much better quality and value than Academia Life Club in Lisbon (day pass 29.90 Euro) - not bad, it works, I'd come back.

On holidays and got a day pass for 10€ which is pretty reasonable. The weighs room had a massive amount of machines but only 1 basic squat rack and no where to do deadlifts. The staff were great and if I was back in Porto I would happily go again.

Great gym where is everything you need and lots of space. Only minus is high price 10 euros for one time visit. Its bit expensive and therefore only 4 stars. I would gove 4 and half if that would be possible.

It cost 10 euro to train one time which is an okey price. The gym is not that nice for powerlifting. Bad barbells and you are not allowed to slam weights. But it is completely fine for normal strength training. Some machines were really old and shaky. The hip thrust machine was really wierd. But you still can get a good workout here depending on what you want.

Make sure to bring own lock for lockers in the changerooms. I went there for a once-off visit and was not made aware of lockers in the changerooms. I put my bag down in the weights as other members did however when I finished a set I returned and found €20 was stolen from my bag. The attendant didn't show at least a bit of remorse or concern. A fellow gym member was more sympathetic. The equipment itself is pretty standard, only machines though, so if you're into powerlifting or deadlifting don't bother. Would have been nice to know about the lockers.

Great gym for a serious lifter. First floor had some cardio equipment, next floor down has a ton of free weights and machines. Has an old school powerlifting vibe, not usually too crowded and decently large. 10 euros for a day pass is a solid deal.

Nothing & no one is perfect but compared to all of the horror stories from the other gyms this one is as good as it gets. Close to center of city, friendly staff, clean environment , the machines are all modern and they are always funcional, bathrooms and showers always work , lots of free weights .Parking is usually difficult in the streets but what do I care I walk .
