We ended up canceling our stay after the first night and the hotel did not want to return our money for the nights we didn’t stay. Not to mention, there were multiple things broken in the room, faucets, locks, lamps, etc.

Dirty and super bad service. Nobody cleaned the rooms, they just did the blanked so it looked like somebody was there...There was mold in the bathroom ... The breakfast is a joke really ... just bread, 2 slices auf cheese and 2 slices ham, boiled Eggs and jam. Everyday .... The coffee was so bad that we bought our own coffee... The only good thing was that the hostel is central in the city ... but the street is really loud in the night ...couldnt sleep well... But 70€ is way!!! too much for this kind of service and room.

I just stayed 1 night, all I can say is, that the location is top - just in the city center, metro is close, and in 15 minutes walking distance you can explore a lot. The staff is nice and polite, the room was alright, towels and sheds where clean. It's not a 5 star hotel, but it was quite alright for what I needed. (went on the camino the next day)

I stayed here for a night as I forgot to book one night in Porto for my actual hotel. The location was very central, right on the nightlight spot and next alleyway to the famous bookshop. So it would be a problem for those who had trouble sleeping. The room was basic with basic facilities. No fridge, nor hair dryer. But sufficient enough for those to stay a few nights. The only problem I got was the card machine wasn't working so I need to pay by cash. The breakfast here was simple.

Very good location. Clean, although small rooms, which is to be expected based on the relatively cheap price, ok breakfast. However, the guest house is located in a street with night clubs, which makes it extremely noisy till about 4 am. I am 1.80 cm tall and the bed was actually too short.

Small, not clean nor tidy, super noisy neighborhood. I am writing this at 1am because I can't sleep from the blasting of music from the clubs around. If you're in Porto to party, this is not a bad place to stay. Otherwise, stay away.

Really dirty, extremely bad service, rude staff, blaring music till 6am, way too costly a price to pay to be in the city center. Couldn’t sleep all night due to loud noise, when asked the staff to check for ensuring the balcony door is bolted properly, got answer they can check in morning, which refutes the point of trying to get sleep at night due to loud music. Bathroom was disgusting. Plus a bizarre rule of leaving room keys at reception when you leave. Didn’t want to try their breakfast which is a joke btw. Just bread & jam. Also the wifi never works. It’s just there for namesake.

The room was small, but enough for me, I felt my twin bed veeery comfy so I rested very well. The lady at front desk was marvelous, very welcoming and helpful. The location is very good a few steps from the famous library, and very closer to multiple restaurants, the Porto station and many other historical places, and beside a fado bar. Go and chose them.

Great location. Service is average. It's worth the price.

Clean rooms, basic breakfast, very friendly staff, great location, however not for those who wish to have a good sleep (the street is full of pubs so it can be noisy up to 4-5 am).

Clean, noisy (to be expected because of the great location) but full with thieves. I notice a warning at the door not to leave money in the room, which was strange. I had to leave my wallet for about 30 minutes, and I found the warning to be justified. Somehow here your cash is not safe. They have a thief, or more, among the staff and they do nothing about it. I would stay away from this place. I noticed other reviews on the matter, they are sadly true.

The hotel is situated in the center and it’s VERY VERY VERY NOISY in the hotel room, almost impossible to sleep. You hear everything- loud music on the street from the parties. When we asked if it’s noisy in the room, the receptionist said no, it’s not, when it was obvious that it is. Besides there is no any hair dryer in the room. I do not recommend to stay here, if there were a possibility to put -1 as a review here, i’d do it. Very bad.

The location is nice but EXTREMELY loud, the building is next door from a club so you can feel the music and the noise
