The sushi (35 pieces) was flavourful, fresh and creative - especially accommodating our request to replace the Philadelphia cheese pieces. Fairly priced given the quality, it is a small place so book ahead. You'll have an attentive service despite being a two-man show. Do ask for Japanese beer as there is a big TV to follow sports as well. The only downside was the one dessert available, the petit gateaux, which does not live to the high standard set by the rest of the meal... Best to avoid. Good espresso at the end.

Even the miso soup was homemade and not just a pack of miso soup. Fresh fish in it. We got the “freestyle” platter which is chefs picks and it was seriously the BEST I’ve ever had. Some very unique pieces and such fresh fish. Even my husband loved every bite. I wish I could bring this place home with me.

We ate as a family of 5 and had the 35 pieces set along with some other pieces. The food was delicious and I was especially delighted with the mini fried egg roll, would recommend !
