The staff were rude when I asked to not pack two ceramic tiles together and then proceeded to talk about me in Portuguese. Even though the products here are nice, I would not recommend to buy anything here because of their rudeness

Wonderful store. I found a sea of beautiful tilework and chose some to send home for an event (people mix and match tiles then take home a little serving tray of the pattern they made). The staff were patient as I picked out a bunch, asked questions, then checked out after closing. Marta kept in touch with me throughout the shipping process and let me ship to the US via DHL (instead of their standard shipper CTT). Great selection and truly wonderful staff. Thank you all (especially you, Marta)!

Ring broke after half a day wearing. Now it's not a big deal except when asked to exchange politely the male sales assistant has accused me of breaking it myself and refused to help very rudely and started mocking me. Later on he said it's because I didn't have the receipt but surely a polite answer could have been enough? I mean, please please do some staff training and don't hire people who have zero people skills.

We liked this store initially. The quality and range of the goods was excellent. 2 things stand out as distinct negatives however. Firstly the sour attitude of the young lady behind the counter when we spoke to her. We purchased EUR48.00 in tiles and jewelry as mementos, which were nicely and individually wrapped by the sales girl. Upon our return to Australia yesterday we found that an expensive textured hand made tile we selected to match one we had purchased in Seville years ago, had been substituted with a cheap black and beige printed tile of the same size. Being wrapped up we didn’t check it and did not know we had been ripped off. We’d advise people to be very wary here, even though it didn’t look like like that type of place. Our visit was 9.29pm on 2nd July 2019.

Really nice well crafted souvenirs. Better than the ones near tourist hotspots.

Authentic tiles and cork ware made in Portugal. Very beautiful products, not like the Chinese knockoffs common in Porto. Reasonable prices, excellent selection. Highly recommended for souvenirs is Porto.

Such a cool and unique souvenir shop. It's not your typical touristy one but they have higher quality and more stylish items. Definitely worth checking out if in Porto.

We bought some very beautiful hand painted tiles here. The lady who is the owner of the store was very friendly and nice. She packed all the tiles with great care and also gave us the names of the artists who painted the tiles we bought. We bought few tiles for ourselves and few as gifts to family. The collection is very huge and they have 4 stores in the city. It is definitely a must go place if you like hand painted tiles.

Very pretty shop with a variety of things to purchase( post cards, earrings) etc. You can find Very cute things from 1 euro up to 100 for huge ceramic paintings. Everything is unique, the prices mostly are very low for the great quality and the stuff is very helpful and smiley. Definitely worth visiting.

Nice selection of tiles and magnets. Pricier than the typical “Porto tile” magnets you’ll find at all of the souvenir shops, but these are hand painted.

Apparently the best tile store in Porto with the most tile options, according to blogs and other reviews. I just wish they had smaller tiles with the more traditional blue and white patterned designs. I bought a few pieces to remodel my bathroom back in America, and only wish they had more of a selection! I did get cute tote bags with my purchases that were absolutely adorable.

Hidden gem 😍Super cool shop! My friend and I found lots of cute souvenirs, tiles and jewel. They were all very delicate and designer. It's more of an art shop than a souvenir shop and they are all very reasonably priced! Highly recommended!

Visited while queuing for the Livraria Lello. Had a peak and what I saw it was a few old style toys made of wood. Different snow balls and decorations. They also had nice brands of shoes and rucksacks.
