She took lots of conclusions without asking to confirm. Employees sometimes seems unpolite and stressed. Doctors use to yell at patients instead of having a calm conversation.

    The unit has been improving, the nursing and medical team here is much better than it was a few years ago. Not to individualize, but this center has one of the best nurses I've had the opportunity to meet. Thank you very much to all the professionals.

    Atendem bem mas as vezes atendem mal o problema é que nos dão número telefone para quê, nos desligarem na cara,para isso não deveriam ter número telefone do posto. Há poucos médicos a atender e muito gente às vezes é mal atendida. Por isso por favor agradeço que melhorem o posto médico se querem ter mais estrelas

Also if you need to visit them, important to remember that they change the floor of the family doctor every ~2 weeks: 1->15th days of the month: it's the 2nd floor, 15->end of the month it's the 3rd floor... 🥲 Was waiting 40 min outside, before opening, but because of this unusual process (changing the floors + there was 0 info about that!) got to stand in the line for a second time on the other floor, and lost all the advantages earned by coming earlier...😐

Unacceptable behavior , i ve done surgery 3 days ago and I just needed some information and I receive the worst treat ever. Not letting me talk or explain my situation and all the time trying to convince me to go to another health center that was not linked to my address. Not gonna say much but this was SAD
