It’s one of the best vegan croissants I’ve had. Having tried vegan croissants from LA, NY, London, Paris, Miami, etc, this is the croissant that takes the cake (no pun intended). It has good texture but the really highlight is it’s flavor. In terms of creating that buttery flavor, it is certainly the best I’ve ever had. Amazing to hear that the owner creates her own butter and creams!!!! For non vegans, my non vegan brother in law said that he thought this was better than the Paul’s croissant he had from the Paris airport…. 😀

They change up a portion of their desserts every day, so you can try something new but also go for a familiar favourite. I loved their tart version of the pastel de nata and their tiramisu. Folks behind the counter are again friendly and were kind enough to explain the desserts to me in English. Definitely stop by here - you won't regret it!

The cakes are absolutely delicious, even my non vegan friend was obsessed with them 😋 You can really tell that Marthe the owner puts all her love and creativity into them! I also arrived just before closing which is annoying but she anyway took the time to explain her art and comfort me in my choice. I could even taste the croissants and that made my day as a French vegan haha! This is the most amazing vegan bakery. The owner is just the nicest person and amazingly she makes everything herself, the creams, the milk, even the butter and all the doughs. The quiche was great and the pain au cholocate and pop tarts were outstanding. I wish I could have tried everything. Strong recommendation if you look for a really vegan place (and also gluten-free).

My Green Pastry was one of the highlights of my visit to Porto! I had the flan and quiche, and both were outstanding. Flan was one of my favorite desserts before going vegan. This was by far the best flan I’ve had, vegan or otherwise! 😍 I got to chat with the owner for a little bit and she was so kind. It’s nice to meet such a like minded vegan. Great place for vegan cakes & desserts. We had yuzu entremet & Flan Francaise. Both were fantastic. The cafe vibe is great too. It's definitely on the pricier side for desserts in Portugal but the flavours and quality are worth it. Will definitely return!
