HERE.
Just
avoid!
1.
Received
unknown
charge
over
€100,
without
any
information
about
it
whatsoever,
2
days
after
returning.
2.
No
confirmation
sent
upon
return
of
the
car,
thankfully
I
had
picked
up
a
hard
copy
at
the
place
before
leaving.
We
paid
full
insurance
and
condition
of
car
was
great
on
return
so
there’s
no
reason
why
we
should
be
charged
for
a
rental
paid
online.
3.
Also
not
sent
a
confirmation
about
the
booking
but
the
supervisor
Michelle
and
Pedro
insisted
the
system
had
sent
it
These
are
just
a
handful
of
the
issues.
The
rental
car
itself
was
fine,
but
the
hassle
of
dealing
with
unknown
payments
and
surprise
charges
is
absolutely
not
worth
it.
I
have
sent
Sixt
an
email,
let’s
see
what
the
response
will
be.
UPDATE
to
add
further
issues:
1.
The
response
was
us
being
sent
an
invoice
for
late
return.
We
were
not
informed
at
time
of
return
that
it
was
considered
late,
especially
when
the
receiving
person
took
a
while
before
he
attended
to
us.
Furthermore
we
were
given
a
grace
period
to
return
because
of
the
issues
we
faced
(see
point
2)
2.
Generally
seems
to
have
a
problem
with
telling
customers
information
up
front?
We
were
not
told
upfront
that
we
needed
to
bring
a
PHYSICAL
card
at
time
of
pick
up.
I
understand
the
payment
method
must
match
the
lessee
name,
but
we
weren’t
informed
about
having
to
bring
a
physical
card.
They
tried
to
insist
it
was
in
the
terms
and
conditions,
made
me
read
it
in
the
shop…
and
it’s
NOT
in
the
T&Cs.
Only
names
matching
is
the
T&Cs,
and
the
digital
card
does
match,
we
provided
real
IDs
and
everything.
This
is
the
root
cause
of
the
payment
issues
I’m
experiencing.
