    I took the blood glucose test this week and the Campo Alegre unit has an exclusive room for pregnant women. I was there for more than 2 hours and I felt comfortable, in addition to the service being great. Very friendly nurse!! As a gift from Unilabs, I received a box with a blanket, a visor to cover my eyes (and rest) and headphones. I liked!!

    My 19 year old son got tested twice, first was painful and resulted as “Inconclusive”, without any explanation on what “inconclusive” means and how to proceed. For half a day I’ve called all their numbers to get an advice on how to proceed no one could answer me or they simply do not answer the calls! So we had no choice but to drive back to the testing Center. The second test was even more painful my son actually had a spasm from the pain! The result was positive. You can imagine how this has affected our travel plans since we all tested negative, everyone was able to leave. I had to extend another week with him, and in Portugal it’s not clear where you can go and stay. Thankfully we had friends who has an independent guest house and could accommodate us. On the 5th day, we went for another test - this time with a different laboratory and this time my son tested negative. He was then able to travel back to the Netherlands. And following the protocols, he quarantined for 10 days and he did two more PCR tests: first on his 2nd day upon arrival and another test on his 5th day. Both tests consistently NEGATIVE. We’re very convinced that the painful tests done by Unilabs was not only a huge waste of money (since we had to pay twice), but extremely inaccurate which caused us so much trouble and financial waste. Do not go to this laboratory, go to Aqualab. A lot more professional and you get really good after test service.

    My blood collection experience with my 2 year old baby was incredible 🙏🏼😍 An impeccable team, super loving and prepared to work with children. After a trauma experienced elsewhere, tears came to my eyes at the end of seeing the collection being done without my baby crying.     Péssimo serviço, tanto no serviço telefónico como no serviço presencial.. Telefonei mais de três vezes para a Unilabs e em todos os telefonemas me disseram que não seria necessário.. Quando chego ao laboratório, havia várias pessoas com marcações e outras tantas com a mesma informação que eu.. Se uma pessoa não tem covid antes de entrar, no fim de estar, mais de uma hora, na sala ficamos todos infetados, de certeza.. O tempo de espera é de cerca de 10 minutos por pessoas, se estiverem apenas 6 pessoas à espera, teremos de esperar mais de uma hora.. A marcação por telefone iria solucionar este problema, estabelecendo uma hora específica para cada utente..
