I live this shop. Only went to browse. The prices for own brand are amazing! Ended up buying mens shorts and bright 2l waist pack. One happy tourist! Highly recommended.

It's quite compact and located within a shopping mall. Its all self-check out. Machine doesn't quite work without assistance and i triggered the alarm on the way out and had to unpack everything. Found what i wanted but prefer the other Porto branch.

This recession is more about Decathlon as a company and not specifically the Store in Porto. I bought a bike at Decathlon, 2 months later the tyre and the brakes were broken. Luckily I did an insurance when I bought it. Or I thought so. Decathlon insurance did not cover the broken brakes because the stick to the contract only paying for accidental damage. Although it was their fault respectively bad quality they sold which broke down after only 2 months. They also did the full service, which was included within 12 months, but they were not able to exchange the back light, which was not working anymore. Overall, friendly staff and good service in the stores but in the background it is just really bad client service.
