Horrible, they don't give you a towel, your TV is something I didn't know still existed from the old and worse, only national TV, plus the lady downstairs has a very angry, unfriendly face

Due to the earthquake in 2016, this hotel has not yet reopened. It is currently being renovated.

It is very close to the pink zone, and has a pharmacy in front of it that is open until midnight

Great hotel. The customer service is very nice and the staff is very friendly. The location it is excellent because it is in the middle of the center. The design is quite nice and I like the theme (Emperador) of the hotel!

This hotel would only be for staying one or two nights maximum as it leaves a lot to be desired.

The entrance and its hallways and bathrooms are very nice, to improve the air conditioning and the Internet

Comfortable rooms, large and secure 24-hour garage and the warmth of its employees, it's like being at home....!

I visited Portoviejo for 5 days and stayed at that hotel which treated me very well. I recommend first-class quality of service.
