Pésima atención al cliente. Dejan esperando fuera del hospital a personas con discapacidades. Para ser un hospital privado dejan 0 ganas de volver. El dueño debería ser más empatico.

Without having to wait, I was scheduled for the operation the same day I arrived. Doctors are great, staff does not like non Ecuadorians and basically laugh at you from reception desk. They make no attempt to communicate what is going on with patient and get annoyed when you ask. In a time of crisis, such behavior is appalling. Again doctors are good and would come again, just be prepared for the non friendly, unhelpful and rude staff.

Pésima atención al cliente guardias que no tiene colaboran para nada me tocó ir a recoger una señora recién operada y teniendo buen parqueadero no dejan esperar solo para llevarla como si fuera a estar todo el día hay.

Mala atención, desde la entrada el guardia actúa con torpeza, recepción pegada al celular, en clínica el servicio de enfermería no atiende con empatía a los pacientes, en fin muy mala experiencia .

Pésima atención se la Dra. oftalmológa, nada empatica y no supo decirnos nada más, de lo que ya sabíamos sin ser Doctores.. y la consulta muy cara para nada.

The waiting and parking area for patients consists of a piece of land without pavement or fill, where one fills with dirt, and consists of 2 huts with a zinc roof and bamboo cane seats, where it is very hot and is practically at arm's length. the weather, in addition this area is not next to the clinic, it lacks lighting and it is passing Jipijapa Street and it is very dangerous to cross to the other side, besides they open it late and close it early. Additionally, there is no type of security for people or vehicles. There are also no public toilets, so you have to see and do your biological needs under a tree. It does not appear that they have planned adequate care for patients and their families.

I recently had the opportunity to be treated at the San Antonio de Pádua Hospital, and I must say that it was an excellent experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with kindness and professionalism. The hospital itself is impressive, with modern facilities and cutting-edge technology. This "clinic" does not deserve a single star, the treatment from the ICU nurses is terrible, the ICU room is more contaminated than the street, without air, with noise. Abandoned patients are not cleaned, they are treated badly and they are left with dirty diapers all day. The guards are rude and throw you out on the street late at night and early in the morning. I do not recommend this place to anyone, patients leave with infections and get sicker.
