Burgers and Fries Done Right in the Heart of London I had the pleasure of visiting Five Guys Piccadilly Circus during my trip to London and it was a memorable experience. This bustling burger joint, located in the heart of the city, offers delicious, customizable burgers and fries that are perfect for a quick meal or a satisfying feast. Upon entering the restaurant, I was immediately greeted by the lively atmosphere and the tantalizing aroma of freshly-cooked burgers. The decor was casual yet inviting, with a combination of red and white checkerboard patterns and simple wooden furniture. The walls were adorned with various accolades, testimonials, and articles that showcase the brand's success. The ordering process at Five Guys is straightforward and efficient. The menu is limited, which I found to be refreshing as it allows the restaurant to focus on perfecting their burgers and fries. There's a choice of burgers, hot dogs, sandwiches, and the famous Five Guys fries. One can customize their burgers with a plethora of toppings, from lettuce and tomatoes to grilled onions and jalapeños, all at no extra charge. The only downside to our visit was the noise level, which is expected in such a busy location. It may not be the ideal spot for an intimate conversation, but it's perfect for a quick, delicious meal.

Would you like to be fed like live stock while you pay an outrageous price? Go to 5 Guys. Some 10 pounds for a cheeseburger and about the same price for a cheese dog. The cheeseburger is nothing more than your Tesco bun with meat and one slice of cheese. The cheese dog? Nothing special about it. Your off the market shelf ingredients. Served wrapped in tin foil, in a bag with three cups of moist chips. And all covered in a big scoop of chips. Dig in! literally dig in, since your food is under a layer of hot greasy chips. Take your kids dining at five guys. What an amazing experience for only 60 pounds. Highly recommend you avoid it.

This burger always stuck in my mind during weekdays in work. No wonder coz the burger is so delicious, beef patty is nicely cooked with nice toppings (for me: all the way without pickles). It is juicy with nice smells. Fries is also a must for everyone. It is a crispier and thicker version of McDonald’s. I used to like it a lot but now it is replaced by Five guys fries💓. The main point is! The portion is massive even I just ordered a mini fries, they have like bunch of it inside the bag as well. They also deep fried it with peanut oil. That’s why it taste and smell so different to others🥹🥹🥹. You can now also get free peanuts and five guys mayo.

I went to eat a bacon cheeseburger with all the side dishes. There was no flavor in the patties and the burger was quite small. The French also lacked salt. The atmosphere was lightened by the music playing so loud that you couldn't even talk to your friends. The plus point is that the food arrived less than 5 minutes after ordering, even though the place was full of people. No need to go a second time.

Yummy juicy and warm burgers. Love the fries and idea of free flow peanuts as a starter while waiting for your burgers. Must have once

French Fries from local fresh potatoes exhibited in the restaurant is a nice idea. However, bad taste burger with horrible bacon served like waste in a paper bag. Sorry, sustainability doesn’t need to be rude.

This Five Guys burger is much more delicious than other burger stores in the Piccadilly Circus. I ordered the regular one, and it's satisfying.

In & Out in a British version. Fresh ingredients mixed with grilled beef, delicious sauces, different farm fries everyday in a massive fresh portion with great cajun spice if you want. Really worth it to try for this price. Really fast serving, even very busy peak time, delicious shakes possible to mix as much as you want. Toilets upstairs, nice place

Fast and friendly service. Clean tables and interior despite the fast pace turn around. The upstairs is a bit quieter if you want to take your time and make the most of the bottomless soda. (small fries feeds 2).

There were a lot of customers but they finished our order fast. The food is delicious as always. The drinks are special. The fries portions are enormous. (This is a small burger with small fires on the picture, it was more then enough for one person.)

Burgers are great. I understand this concept of traditional American burger joint, but waiting for your order cannot be more chaotic.

We ordered a bacon burger and bacon milk shake. They didn’t ask if I want cream on to, which they should have. Plus the guy forgot about the milkshake. When I went back to ask about the milkshake, he literally took one from the fridge… I thought the milkshake should be made fresh? And again he forgot the cream.

Great burger and fries at a fraction of Hard Rock. Be warned, the burgers are BIG. Most everyone will be satisfied with the small cheeseburger and small fries. In fact, you could easily split the small burger and fries. Ensure to get all the fixin's. I got it ALL the Way, and was perfect. And yes, they have the peanuts. They're by the soda fountain. Free refills!

We are such tourists. Ate at Five Guys in London. We already had several meals in pubs and such over the last few days, and this was a very late dinner after a show. Why am I explaining to you?!? Hehe. Anyway, the place was packed, but we were seated and eating pretty quickly. There are a couple of different ingredients available, so I tried HP sauce on my burger (okay not great). Our fries get a 90 percent. Somewhere between the foreign potatoes and being a touch underdone, they lost a little. But we were dipping them in MAYONNAISE. We should have mayo pumps next to the ketchup pump in the states. The only real problem we had was when the security guy in the suit tried to menace us into hurrying up and leaving so new people could sit down. Three of us still had a burger. We still had half of our fries. That dude is drunk on imagined power. He cost this location a full star

Best fastfood burger option in London. O think they have Even better service and quality than where it’s originated from- US.

Heard a lot about Five Guys, high expectations. And of course it's fun that you get to choose from all the toppings on the burger yourself... but the chips were spilled out and everywhere and the burger was battered to say the least... Definitely not how a burger should be :-)

The fries at this Five Guys location are amazing! Always hot and crispy. I had their spicy fries yesterday, covered in a mildly spicy paprika like seasoning mix. They were even better than the original fries! Not too spicy, just very tasty. This location is very clean despite being right off Piccadilly Circus and very busy. The only downside is the music is always TOO LOUD! Uncomfortably loud!! We used to live just right around the corner from here (2018-2020), and would visit often. The music has always been too loud. If not for the loud music, I would give it five stars.

Quick service and helpful staff as I hadn't ordered from there before. The portions of chips are huge! I had a small which was enough for two people. It's in a convenient location and ideal for a quick bite to eat.
