    I have been today around 2:30 for treating my self. I have entered the shop and literally the shop was empty, I want it to dine in but the lobby was so filthy, at the till a lady was standing and playing around, I want it to use the toilets but how can I use the toilets when they are filthy aswell? Food and safety all over, last week my wife came around 12 to buy for our son a meal, and a tall lady wearing something different than others she been rude with her.. Guys stop going there !! The staff is so rude with everyone.

    Ordered 3 drinks and a bottle of water to take out, 10 minutes later I still hadn't got my drinks. It wasn't busy, I could see the young girls chatting at the back and even heard one girl say if she'd done my drinks yet, which she hadn't. I then had to ask when our drinks were going to be made, they had completely forgotten to do them! Not impressed at all, won't be coming back!

    Shambolic customer service. Ordered a bargain bucket, asked for breast, side breast and drumsticks, told I would have to wait 7 minutes, so I did. 15 minutes says, that his staff cooked only thighs and either take them or a refund!! I couldn't believe what I was hearing. Also stranger, refunded me in cash, when I paid on card? - I have never seen such poor team work in a fast food chain in my life, absolute chaos, the right hand had no idea what the left hand was doing. Took my refund and left. Wont be going back again in a hurry to this store, very poor management.

    Usually pretty good. They clean regularly but when it's busy they don't seem to keep it as clean. The staff are ok. They have recently put in the self order kiosks that McDonalds have which make ordering a lot quicker. There is a ramp entrance and dissatisfied priority seats available. There is also a disabled toilet and braille signage.

    Very small kfc can get over filled very easy and the staff can be rude, however some of them are also lovely. Saw one of the staff members shouting at a delivery driver when there was no space for him to stand due to it already being full of other delivery drivers. Food is good however.

    Only 1 star as you have to do that to write a review. This has got to be the worst KFC on the planet, I ordered a family bucket to enjoy with the grandchildren. What was in the bucket was hardly if at all edible. There was very small pieces of Chicken with most of the coating missing, the amount of grease on the food was excessive and caused the fries to be very soggy. The staff were ok but no real customer service. This KFC is a real turnoff for the product being advertised. Definitely not to be re visited by me.

    Today at 4pm I ordered 2 pieces of chicken and chips. I requested NOT to be given a breast portion. Got home to find I had been given a breast portion. It was lukewarm and dry. My chips cold and soggy. Threw it in the bin.

    KFC spices now have more pepper than ever, nothing like it used to be. Whilst this isn't the restaurants fault, the regular missing items is. After over 13 years fast food experience, I can assure you that reading the screen and checking off every item you placed in the bag is easy. Yet missing chicken, strips, gravy and the such are far more regular in a KFC than any other fast food chain.

    I was paying cash so had to order at counter, stood there for 7 minutes without any eye contact or chance to ask to order as chap kept disappearing. So I left, we go here regularly and spend £40ish each time. You've lost a customer. Seems that is run by different bunch of people than before who don't know what they're doing.

    No! Just don't bother! I wouldn't know where to start. Ordered from here a few times. Not clean. Slow service. Would told about a problem 90 wait on food. I'm told its not there problem. And food was cold. This isn't just off eating here once, as I live around the corner.

    It took the staff 30mins to do my order while I waited. They were short staffed and the cashier was rushing around trying to complete orders. My complaint is only with the managers. It is Sunday afternoon. A peak time. I would have thought that being understaffed as they were, they would have put something in place so they weren't understaffed. Like pausing deliveries or something

    Your comment is lies. The colonel has been creating tasty treats for the people of Portslade for many years. They touch the food with their hands because it leaves a slight residue, which is finger licking good... its helps everyone get through the day. You want to deny a young worker a bit of your chicken residue, you greedy chief. As for your outburst... the staff could not hear themselves think iver the sound of you mouth breathing... and were temporarily distracted... during incidents such as this the KFC handbook tells staff to 'stay cool', xan you think of a better way of staying cool than ice wars. please don't come back!

    Ordered via just eat over an hour ago - driver (according to the app) stood waiting for the food for in excess of 30 mins. It will be an hour and a half before food gets here and I guarantee it will be cold.

    Place is always rammed at the weekend. Better off going to Hove branch if you don't want to wait 30mins. Uber/deliveroo orders get prioritised

    Very disappointed. This is the worst KFC I have ever been in. The coating of chicken tastes of nothing. It like its been cut down. I am not the only one who has said the same. Many of my friends have boycotted the place!!!

    First of all they don’t pick up the phone. And when the person take call he or she I think emu opens person they are so rude. They just say to cancel the order. Manager also don’t care. Very rude people. Staff are horrible. No one take call or covey the message. Spoiling the name of KFC. I wish some Asian like Indian, Pakistani or bangledeshi staff could handle this people. Even my friends are complaining about the service. Shame

    The worst customer service ever in this branch , 1/2 hour waiting on my 6 pieces bargen meal (take out), then the till man say the chicken taking long in the fryer, certainly not worth to carry the name of KFC , they brought shame to this great brand.

    Ordered from Just Eat. We added an extra 1 piece of chicken with our meal. On deliverery discovered this was missing, yet we had been charged for this. Second time this has happened with Portslade KFC. Not good enough. Your staff need to check all orders before sending them out. Your fault, not Just Eat !!! Not happy 😒

    Best KFC we have had for a while. Got a bit put off with poor quality from surrounding KFC's. The gravy was spot on (slightly thick like a dip, just how it should be) the burger was all in the bun and all of it was hot. The staff seemed very chirpy and I especially liked the message on the bag which made me and my girlfriend smile. Nice to get some quality service and and a personal touch. Thank you, we will visit again.

    Barely looked at us on collection of our order and deffo no conversation :-( Place looked in need of a clean up as floor was littered and tables were uncleared despite the staff holding animated conversations in the prep/cooking area! This franchise lets the KFC brand down.

    Absolutely the joke of portslade ,this store is run by Muppets who are far too focused on deliveroo than physical customers .This is the third time we've left this place annoyed at non existent service ....don't bother visiting here pop into the wimpy opposite 👍

    Made an online order and was told delivery would be 30 to 45 minutes. The delivery time kept changing and after an hour and a half I had to go to the shop as could not get through on the phone. Arrived at shop and was told order just being prepared. Complained about length of time with no delivery and half hearted apology was given and told they were extremely busy. Handed me my order which was incomplete and when asked where the gravy was they said had run out so substituted with corn which we don't eat. Won't be using this shop again as was complete chaos when I turned up with more delivery drivers than customers queuing for food.

    Not a bad KFC. Been coming here 20 years. There's been a big improvement in the last few years. The Chicken is not as greasy. Atmosphere is standard KFC vibes.

    Terrible service here. I was waiting for my order 25 min. The guy (white skinny boy) behind the counter its so slow and u can see he doesn't care at all.
