I came to the UK for work and didn't know I would be staying at a hotel in the middle of an outdoor outlet mall. How lucky was that!! One thing about outlet malls is that the employees tend to stay very busy with not-so-polite shoppers. As I walked around to the different stores, I found this to be true here as well EXCEPT for the Fred Perry store. I was helped by three people: Meg, Ethan, and Alex. They were just AMAZING!! They treated me like I was their most important customer, answering my questions and showing me items based on what I told them I was looking for. I really like Fred Perry apparel and was happy with the great prices I got on my items. However, Meg, Ethan, and Alex were truly the best thing about my shopping experience. If any of the three of you are reading this review, THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Swift, friendly service from the manager Lee. He recommended different bits of clothing to help craft the look I was going for. Will be visiting again.

Top quality clothing at a good price one of my favourites

What a little gem of a store, amazing prices and good range, only downside is sometimes the staff don't look bothered or even remotely interested and feels awkward sometimes at tills.

I recently visited this store to purchase a classic barrel bag, the bag I am happy with, however on first asking the staff at the counter if the bag was available in other colours, I was met with an abrupt "no" from the male shop assistant and yes if you are reading this, that is your job title, simply a shop assistant, it is your function to offer a pleasant and informed experience to paying customers. After accepting this and purchasing the bag, I returned home to realise I had been charged £1 for a paper bag that went straight into my recycling bin, I was not asked if I wanted a bag nor informed of the cost for such a disposable item, I feel this is a disgusting practise and therefore would not recommend this shop nor would I return.

Busy little shop, to be expected this time of year, staff were all busy with stock but one girl, (didn’t get her name) took the time out to help me with a few xxxl polos from the stockroom. Nice price too

Love my Fred Perry but you need to move shop. Every time i seem to go there it's shut at Gunwharf. 3 out of 4 times now. Better off online shopping. 🤔

Spent over £300 and got asked if we would like a paper bag????

Came in to Fred Perry again on Sunday and the girl who I’ve seen before who wears the lovely clothes she has such a lovely manner and is always professional friendly and helpful, she is a breath of fresh air. She is a credit to you’re store.
