Fine quality genuine Chinese cuisine and top class attentive service. The only thing that lets the place down is the toilets upstairs. But that wouldn’t stop me going back, really delicious food and pretty good value 😋

Best Chinese about by far! We have eaten here twice now and both times the food and service has been outstanding. You can really taste the food is fresh!! Whether you eat in, collect or get it delivered, this is by far the best Chinese you'll find in Portsmouth (and probably further afield as well!). Delicious. Firm favourite for us and we will be back for any future Chinese desires! When they have it in stock, the saki is ace as well! Properly served!

Excellent and authentic. Half the clientele were Asian, that told me we’d struck lucky before we even began to eat. Wonderful food, friendly staff, informal so great for families.

Had the lunchtime menu. Lots of choices for starters and mains, only 2 choices for desserts, but for the price they are charging, that is not a problem. The food is delicious and the price for 3 courses is fantastic. It is frequented by Chinese people, that is a great sign that the food is great. Thoroughly recommend it

Came here as really fancied Chinese food and came across this online. I have been to many Chinese restaurants both here and abroad and it rates greatly. Fast and efficient service, food was very good at a reasonable price. Easy to find and nice open space. Would highly recommend

Went here on a Thursday night unexpectedly as we'd had a bit of car trouble and needed to eat. Really really pleasantly surprised. Decor is a bit naff but the food was excellent, we had chicken satay, ribs cooked in paper (never had that before), a whole steamed sea bass, pork with aubergine and egg fried rice and it was all very well cooked with generous portions. Spent £50 between the two of us and we were pretty stuffed. Check out the seafood and Chinese menus for some more traditional dishes (saw one of the reviewers here was eating chips lmao)

First time here and not disappointed. The restaurant was full all the time we were there but the service was still very good. The food was very nice and fresh, all the dishes we had were great, the portions and value was very good. Would recommend a visit. Already booked to go back.

Great food as always ,crispy roast pork is sooo good ,but service wasn't great ,waited over 30 minutes for a drink and order to be taken ..they forgot our prawn crackers...was hard to catch their eye for more drinks ,it was busy for a Tuesday evening and I understand that ,but did feel the service wasn't good ..so unfortunately won't be rushing back there.

Very busy restaurant on a Monday evening, we had to wait for a table but it worth it since the food was really good. Highly recommend the crispy roast pork, it was one of the best I’ve tasted! Also really good service as the server was very friendly when he welcome us to our table.

Had a very nice lunch special soup and chicken/rice. Went in Friday evening had soup and spring rolls. Spring rolls cold in the middle and soup no seasoning. Mixed bag.

They are offering a simple but very tasty set menu ,you can add of menu items such as prawns for an extra charge, alongside their al a cart menu. All of the dishes came out hot and well presented,I had the beef in black bean sauce it had just the right amount of spice. We were very happy with what we had.

The Good: Amazing food. Friendly & attentive staff. Good value. Lots of Chinese customers (which is always a good sign). The Bad: Our table was by entrance. Lots of people queuing for their takeaway by entrance meant door always opening (letting draft in) & our table crowded by people waiting. It was a very busy time (7pm Saturday) & it took a while for staff to get to us - however, they did great under the circumstances. Plates are really small (like a side plate). We had a rowdy group of drunk men next to us. No fault of the restaurant but killed the atmosphere for us. Verdict: We would definitely come again but would specify to have table away from entrance. The small plates were a blessing in disguise, as they allowed for lots of courses on table.

Authentic Chinese, lovely staff and set meal is amazing value. Vegetarian options pretty good. Duck is highly rated by my meat eating Chinese partner and cheap for the vast portion. Cash tipping only.

We stayed in Portsmouth last month and booked a table here on a Saturday night. Good job too, as we just about got in. It was very busy and it's easy to see why. The food was superb and the service was excellent. Maybe not the plushest restaurant in terms of the table lay out and toilet access, but I wasn't going to knock a star of for that, as we enjoyed it here so much.

Date visited: various Atmosphere - busy Chinese restaurant just outside Cosham station, decently spaced tables with ambient oriental music Food - served hot, presented neatly, variety of dishes, well-seasoned, portion sizes satisfactory, decently priced (pre-covid lunch course deals <£10pp) Service - quick, friendly and polite, waiters knowledgeable about dishes (there is a Chinese menu with extra dishes that are not on the standard English menu - you can ask the server for this)

Just us two but the staff were very helpful n patient with us. Partner has Parkinson n needs time to think. So we ordered drinks. He wanted it all...food was great. Staff polite n respectful. Would go again if in Portsmouth.

Very nice Chinese food, great furnishing inside, and friendly staff. Served us some cold chicken feet (free) as starter, a pleasant surprise, and also fruit at the end. Scallops were nice, roast duck was authentic. The pricing was no doubt a bargain.
