Nice and clean, faster service than most Dunkins I have visited.

Drive thru and online pickup orders only. I ordered a drink through the app and they closed early. It wasn't on the app. I went back the next day and they had the order available to look up. I think 🤔 they gave me what I ordered, a large lemonade with strawberry 🍓 bubbles. Different. It was refreshing on a hot 🥵 day. They apologized for the inconvenience.

Pretty hit or miss. The drive through is often backed up and you usually can't order inside (though you can order in advance on the app and pick it up at the door). The food/drinks vary wildly from pretty good to fine to sometimes nasty. I mostly go because it's in a good location and it gives me an excuse to go on a walk in the morning for iced coffee, not because their options are particularly cheap or great (Aroma Joe's is way better). At the time of writing the location is closed due to construction, hopefully it'll reopen with more staff.

6:55am. Ordered an XL Midnight blend coffee. They made a fresh 'jug'. When I got to my destination and finished the bitter tasting coffee, I saw the ground sludge pictured. If I didn't need the caffeine I would have dumped it at first sip. I will not be back, regardless how friendly they are. Nasty coffee.

Standard Dunks however no bathroom that I saw.

I’ve literally been in line for 40 minutes. Per usual. One of the worst managed locations I’ve ever been to. Shouldn’t be allowed to operate until they can staff.

I got an iced Vanilla Chai and they didn't mix the chai powder properly, so half the drink tastes like drinking granulated sugar and the girl there said she cant fully fill my medium drink w/the milk bc it would cost more money. Also, my mom got a small latte and they didnt even fully fill the drink and the staff was pretty rude.

I just had the worst costumer service in my life from a female staff member right as they were closing at the drive thru today. I will never go back and cafe espresso will have my business instead. My husband is in the food service industry and owned a restaurant in downtown Portsmouth for years we would never employ anyone like her.

I live a block away and would rather drive 10 min to another location. The cold brew always tastes like dirt. I'm not sure how they can ruin it, but it never tastes like other locations. I've given this location too many opportunities. I understand staff shortages cause you to open and close at weird hours but when your drinks don't taste the same as other locations, that's when you have a real problem
