The food tastes good. But people need to be prepared for discrimination from workers. I was at the shop at 2:14 this afternoon. Suffered from Caroline's racial discrimination and spite. What happened: I said I'd like three Chicken bake and three sausage rolls. She made me repeat it in a very impolite way. She asked the customer to check if there was any more chicken bake in the counter. I told her to carry it until I saw it. Very bad attitude all the way. This is not the first time this has happened. Every time I met her at the check-out, I would be deliberately challenged and discriminated against by her.

Absolutely terrible, sausage rolls, slices and bacon and cheese turnovers are always cold. Three separate occasions I've asked for hot and three times its been cold without anything being said. Needless to say i won't visit again!!

Visited Greggs in the early hours of the morning twice now as I’m a night worker and was sent away both times. Used all sorts of excuses to not let us in, was good 15 minutes then 45 minutes. racist and rude. Awful customer service. IF YOU ARE NOT OPEN THEN CHANGE YOUR WEBSITE

This was my first experience at Gregg's, and it wasn't at all bad. I didn't expect much, apart from getting out of the rain, but the pasty I had was good and fresh and the coffee was reasonable. And the price was good too.

Infestation of pigeons and loud music will contact health authorities if it doesn't improve

Nice enough branch, but service extremely slow and when eventually got to the front of the que the one of the servers just walked off leaving customers high and dry when we wanted to grab and go.. Product was nice though..

Get my coffee here every morning before work. They have a great selection of hot bakes sandwiches and drinks and the staff are ever so friendly I highly recommend Greggs

Usually the service I get from Greggs is great and the food tastes amazing, however last week on Wednesday when I went, I got a beef pasty and it tasted cold and uncooked and it made me super disappointed, I do still plan to go but I would suggest looking into this as on last Tuesday, the presentation of the food looked messy as well.

The hygiene of this Gregg's concerns me greatly. I have visited them a handful of times while out and about on Commercial Road, and every time the floor and tables have been covered in crumbs and even a few wrappers. You can tell the cleanliness is hardly maintained - a big red flag to me when it comes to food. What topped it off for me to leave this review was my visit today, when I was ordering my food, the server put his hands through his hair and adjusted his hair net just before handling my food. And proceeded to touch my food without using hand sanitiser or anything. Gross! Not to mention the food is always lukewarm-cold.

Quick, fatty food, horrible, disgusting, zero taste 100% saturated fat. Want to clot your arteries and relieve our planet of your obese presence - Go and stuff your gob full of bacon pastries from Greggs. True English cuisine! Horrible design, retarded music and ugly uniforms. Frequently visited by dirty savages. AVOID!

This branch is 100% better than the branch in Palmerston road where they seem to prioritize catering for deliveries.

Would give 0 stars but cannot. cold sausage rolls, cold pizzas and tastes like the salad has not been washed. No good for anyone who has had a transplant who cannot eat unwashed salad. This is very bad for a shop that sells rolls and baguettes with salad in it.

Always a friendly atmosphere, staff. Gregg's is always my 1st choice. Good range of hot and cold foods. I especially like their bread pudding...

I have not been in Greggs for about 2 years. But this morning I found out if I downloaded the Greggs app I could have a hot drink and a festive bake free. So as I was going to my gym at lunchtime I decided to take advantage of the offer. The festive bake was a. Pastry filled with chicken, bacon and cranberries it was absolutely delicious. If you are going to Greggs please buy one of these as you will not be disappointed. I'm going back on Saturday for another one. If you hurry and download their app you might be lucky and receive a hot drink and a festive bake free, they also have a vegetarian bake.
