The lady was attentive and kind enough to answer my questions. She gave me good suggestions. Sprayed perfume on thr card and wrote down what they were. Gave me time to think what I want. Guess what, my brother loves it and I am very happy with my purchase ❤️

Love it, had a really lovely chat with a young lady who works here, she chatted us through various fragrances and my daughters and me really learnt something this evening. Wish we had more time as it was almost closing time. Highly recommended.

Easy to deal with brought some online and collected very easily

Staff are always friendly here, the prices aren't amazing and there are definitely places that sell them cheaper. I do like how you can try any of the perfumes here, they used to have more variety for men but recently they do not sadly.

First time buying Perfume at The perfume Shop, as I usually go into the store itself to get it specially wrapped with the brand itself Example : Chanel- with Chanel wrapping Dior - Dior wrapping bla bla bla Anyways I went here and choose a perfume, the young girl was so helpful, she sprayed a couple of different sprays into a piece of card so I could smell the different screens before choosing my gift. I choose the DIOR one and requested that it can be wrapped in DIOR wrapping as that’s what I’m used to, she went over to the “manager” and the manager shook her head so I knew that was a NO NO, so I asked the young girl what can I do to make the present look nice? She pointed over to the personalised ribbon maker …. I LOVE IT, she helped me type in the message and it was printed ASAP for just £1.99 Such a bargain, then she asked I had a choice of RED or Black wrapping paper, I asked for RED please, then she handed over the stuff to her manager who then happily took over and wrapped it superbly and asked was I happy? Off course I’m happy !!!! This service is amazing Thank you sooooo much :)))) LOVE PHONG 💖

Went to gunwharf perfume shop couple of weeks ago ,and was looking for a peticular perfume which I found out is now discontinued ,but the staff were really helpful and I did purchase on that day !!
