I
have
been
going
to
this
surgery
for
36
years
from
birth
and
have
watched
it
decline
in
to
a
dreadful
state
to
the
point
that
I
am
now
desperately
trying
to
move
to
another
clinic.
One
of
the
partners
Dr
Crisp
misdiagnosed
my
father's
prostate
cancer
for
some
months
resulting
in
his
treatment
options
being
severely
limited
when
finally
diagnosed
by
one
of
the
more
capable
members
of
the
team
who
sadly
is
no
longer
there.
Trying
to
get
appointments
at
the
surgery
is
virtually
impossible
and
in
the
latest
revision
to
their
appointment
booking
system
you
have
to
call
within
a
20
minute
window
at
8am
in
the
morning
to
have
any
change
of
getting
a
call
back
(not
an
appointment)
where
the
triage
team
will
decide
if
you
are
worthy
of
being
seen.
Beyond
that
you
are
only
able
to
book
appointments
months
in
advance
on
their
website.
On
the
most
recent
occasion
I
had
to
contact
the
doctors
on
the
advice
of
111
where
I
was
told
I
should
see
someone
within
6
hours,
upon
calling
I
was
told
by
the
receptionist
that
my
condition
was
not
considered
serious
enough
and
that
they
would
put
me
on
the
triage
list
the
following
day
for
a
phone
call.
All
day
I
waited
to
receive
a
call
from
a
doctor
only
to
be
called
by
the
receptionist
at
6:30pm
only
to
be
told
they
had
been
too
busy
again
and
that
I
would
either
need
to
call
111
(who
referred
me
in
the
first
place)
or
call
again
next
week
to
try
to
get
on
the
list
for
Monday.
What
an
absolute
disgrace
this
surgery
has
become.
