As a local, I have been many times to this place. It is definitely well known in Portugalete, so a great option if you want to go local. Generous portions, good home-made 'unhealthy' food! Quite in the line with Basque people eat (although it's not definitely the most 'Basque rural/traditional' spot to eat). awesome

Excellent pilgrim menu, maybe the best so far on the Camino. Friendly staff and relaxing restaurant.

The food was not horrible, but very overpriced. The tiramisu i got for 4,50 euros was litteraly just straight out of the supermarket, and to unfreeze it they put it in a glass of hot water which made it half molten half frozen. I do not recommend this place.

A nice place with nice staff! The portions are good and worth the money. This place is recommendable! The jamón was not really great but the rest tasted good! Generous portions, good home-made 'unhealthy' food! Quite in the line with Basque people eat (although it's not definitely the most 'Basque rural/traditional' spot to eat).

A nice place with nice staff! The portions are good and worth the money. This place is recommendable! The jamón was not really great but the rest tasted good! Try any 'plato combinado' (complex meal). Probably not the best place for veagans, but that's a challenge in general in the Basque Country!

Great food. Huge portions at good prices. Can get busy later at weekends. Limited outside seating This place is a local legend.

Great place! The peregrino menu is fantastic. The food is good, portions are large and it’s available all day. Highly recommended.
