Me and My friends search this hote many times after seeing from one Instagram post. We just make the call to hotel persons they give the exact direction. Order one chicken biryani 2 days back via swiggy. Taste wise good, not bad. But the quantity wise very worst. Not enough for one person to eat sufficiently. For this they charged 170 rupees excluding tax and delivery charges. I would have given 5 star rating if they provided enough quantity of briyani. If you don't care about the quantity, but only the quality then this is the place for you to have chicken biryani.

I had chicken biriyani here. The Biriyani is tasty The place is very small. You could not get a restaurant like experience here. You can take away and enjoy the good biriyani. Nowadays you could find biryani hotel every street. But the taste and authentic muslim biriyani was very disappointing in most of the places. You won’t disappoint by trying this biriyani.

Had an experience of having oil based coloured tomoto rice with meat so called mutton biriyani at the price of Rs 250 per half a plate. Any entrepreneur who wants to start the briyani based hotel, must visit this place to know how briyani NOT supposed to be. If you are proud of being serving briyani for the 30 years, surprised not even a single day you have learnt how to receive the customers feedback and treat your customers with respect. Can understand, food taste may vary and its difficult to maintain the standard, here my complaint is not only on the quality of the food served and also how ill treatment we received from the owner on the complaint raised. Owner was refused to take back the food and forced us to pay. As we were stubborn on our stand and voice out, we avoided paying this amount. Just before serving the first plate, taste and ask yourself whether food served deserve the amount you charge. Since customers are adjusting and not raising out, they are taking advantages and not changing their approach and correcting their mistakes. Surprised did food control department never visited once? Just before, we visited Bosch store noticed below "I would rather loose money than Trust" About Bosch Fridge "One wrinkles on a tomato causes a hundred wrinkles on our engineers face.. We are German We are mad about our machines" We are not here to pay for your kitchen mistakes

Ordered chicken biriyani for the family. Rice not cooked . How can they serve half cooked rice as biriyani. Just to make some hundred bucks they serve this cheap biriyani.Had to throw the whole biriyani . May be for delivery they serve cheap ones and serve good ones for dine in.

It's not the one I ate before, I ate at Guindy side Arcot Briyani shop it was excellent. This shop name same but quality and briyani taste is totally waste. It's like normal uncooked rice briyani with hard pieces.

Quantity of the food is worst and it is getting more worse than ever.. They gave bucket Biriyani and said chicken 65 combo with 12 pieces but received a pack with 3-4 pieces only… They gave on time delivery and price is low for the 2 stars but I would never recommend this for any functions are parties as u will end up taking a wrong decision of deciding them for meal…

They used to serve expired chicken which smells very bad... Don't go to the shop if u worry about your health... Especially don't eat thantoori in this shop

In Porur there are many shops in the name of Arcot Briyani . This shop is in Kunrathur main road. Apart from Briyani they are selling fried rice, noodles , chicken-65 . And taste is on the okay side .

Best fried rice as far as my daughter is concerned. Consistent taste as the Fried rice master has bben the same guy for the past five years since we started buying from this place. Its bit pricy compared to other nearby shops but worth it.

One of the better Briyani places in Chennai. Especially when the Briyani is hot, it tastes good!! There are only a couple side options of which the Chicken gravy is better than the Chicken 65. Not a dine-in place though! Very cramped place! But the Briyani is good! 👍🏽
