I had to write this review during this pandemic as my experience with this hospital was worst and exposes the height at which any hospital can rob a patient in the name of covid treatment. I had admitted my grandmother who is 86 years old as her stratuation levels keep flactuating. While admitting her saturation levels were over 93 so they asked her to take x-ray to check her lung infection. She was kept in the x-ray room for more than 30 min after taking x-ray, exposing the whole room with covid infection and not even caring to shift her to isolation ward immediately so that no others paitents get infected.onky after we reminding them of it they took steps to move her. Once into the ward they started demanding a attender to stay with the covid patients the whole time. Not sure which hospital will ask a attender to stay with all the covid patients. Looks like they want even the non covid attender to also get covid and spread the virus. We had to quarrel with the adminstrator explaining the covid protocals to be followed. After which like you see in any marketing company they start piching thier expensive package in the name of fear, I mean ICU. So the doctor comes and start selling you need to shift the patient from ward to ICU so that we can montior closely. So the price increase from 15K to 25K per day admission. Finally next day they come back and say they don't have oxygen and you need to shift the patient to someother hospital. The height of robbery is that they start charging for medical expenses from the patient whom they are discharging in next 1 hour. 3 PPE kit which cost 4.5k even after buying them PPE kit the previous day.the whole expenses came to around 50k for half day stay in a moderate hospital who don't have even a ventilator facilities. Ofcourse I need to point this out for sure, they have best nursing staff working under them, the most unprofessional,rude and arrogant nursing staff which you can see in a medical industry. A live example of how an hospital should not be run. With great anger and pain I need to pen down this that during this pandemic times if hospitals treat thier patients like this then GOD can only save our souls from this evil minded people.

Dr Mohan and kalaivani mohan are very good, no complaints. But nurses are very rude and impolite. They treat patients very badly. Retorting in the worst manner. Their sheer negligence in treating people Well, can lead to a very bad impression for anyone who’s visiting this hospital for the first time. Management needs to take a strict action. Courteousness is indeed an essential trait for people entering hospitality sector.

No complaint about Dr Mohan but he is not at all overseeing the hospital hygiene and the staffs behaviour. From front desk to the junior senior nurses all are rude and not at all polite. Treating the patients worst than government hospital staffs.i recently visited this hospital for lipoma surgery after 3 days visited for dressing there is no appointment given over phone but after visiting hospital they asked to wait more than 2hours, how come a patient can wait stand after surgery for this long. This been conveyed such a rude way by the staff nurse. We later went to SRMC for dressing. My humble request is don't visit this hospital for any major problems not even for fever.the Covid patients and the normal people where treated same, no cleaning done after Covid patients checkup.i would give zero starts but no option to given.

THE WORST STAFF I HAVE EVER SEEN..... We were asked to wait for the patient who is in ER. the nurse were very lethargic and was passing away time instead of treating. when we asked her, she says that the bill man has to come to give med which was so stupid. she was so arrogant and dis-respective. the bill that they provided was totally unclear and did not even had date on it... when we asked, she just said that bill man left home cannot do anything now .. i will wonder how careless they could be... she did not even have a single quality of a nurse... I dint want to give even that one star... very worst

But, the nurses are very rude and don't care about that baby. This been conveyed such a rude way by the staff nurse.i would give zero stars for rude nurses.

One of the worst hospital and nurses I have ever seen. Treating patients very worse not concerned about the patients health crisis. Even treating doctors are not considering about patients concern motive to get money via treatment that's it . simply recommending for duty doctors.overall worst service incase of any emergency. Very worst behaviour unexpected service by receptionist who works in nit shift.. Because of this kind of staff hospital name getting spoil & patient under trouble same we looking after other Hospital..

Dr. Mohan - good general doctor. He visit outpatients in morning and in evening. You need to collect token in advance. If you are going without token, then op doctor is available. Few dentists available in evening. Heart specialist Dr. Saravanan visiting hospital based on demand. ECG, Echo available.

Very worst, un hygienic hospital... No privacy while doing an injection... Nurses are very rude and impolite... Even the doctor's room is not hygienic... The hospital is full of dust and dirty spots... I had a fever... They took a BP check but the doctor didn't even look at the values of BP... That's okay... But he didn't even check my fever temperature 🌡️ The doctor's name is Venkat.

Decent hospital. Not a highfy one but good in service. No unnecessary testing and charges. Only the campus need a re-wamp on cleanliness.

Front desk nurses are very worst and not answering politely, Management has to take action against these kind of staffs, otherwise the hospital will lost his goodwill, only reason is Dr.Mohan sir people are visiting this hospital

Very worst hospital in this area. Doctors and nurses are equally worse than ever, Very bad. Please don't come to this hospital for any medical emergencies.

They are only good for immediate treatment and firsts aids. But Dr.Mohan is such an amazing doctor and treats the problems in just one consultation. They have parking facility but the cleanliness is not upto the level.

Dr. Mohan, head of the hospital is very much appreciated for his polite, patient hearing & diagnosing the patients- 5/5 marked, but for the hospital staff 1/5 mark is also too high. They may be motivated, instead of monotonous duty offering

Dr.Mohan is very friendly and experienced person in general consulting. Good for primary and emergency medical needs around the area. On request they do arrange specialist. For critical things Dr. Mohan gives best advice about the problem and recommends the specialist around the area.

My mother's health issue we were gone there.. they simply write the medicine,without the proper analysis. That medicine also waste . Not even cured.

Fake hospital working only for money .... Pls check the bill once you get from the hospital...creating fake bills and asking extra money in pharmacy
