I visited Rakshit hospital looking for ENT specialist, when we reached hospital doctor wasn't available, we enquired at the reception they asked as to wait for 10 minutes, out doctor came. Doctor was so cool he understood the issue clearly and explained so patiently and after a very long gap like more than 6 months we saw him, he remembered us just by seeing us wow. Do wear a mask while entering the hospital and even after leaving,good for everyone.

No Improvement, Unprofessional Behavior I want to talk about our tough time at Rakshith Hospital, Valasaravakkam. My sister stayed there for two days, but her fever, throat infection, and body pain didn't get any better. Even after consulting an ENT doctor (which cost extra), things didn't improve. To make matters worse, one of the nurses seemed lazy and had a bad attitude. Fed up, we moved my sister to a nearby hospital, and she got way better within a few hours with the right treatment. The reception folks were nice, but Rakshith Hospital didn't meet our expectations in terms of medical care and professionalism. I'm sharing this so others can make smart choices about their healthcare. Look for a place that takes good care of you and treats you right. Funny part is, How you guys expecting the good reviews with this kind of service?

My mother was admitted to Rakshith Hospital for a hip replacement surgery. From the diagonis to surgery to pre and post operative care by Dr. Venkata Subbarao was just outstanding. A very dedicated doctor.  He was Manushya Deiva Roopena to our mother. The prompt visits by the duty doctors was very comforting. The nursing staff of the hospital are very caring. Sister's Joy, Nisha, Ganga, Shalini ...were very kind and were always willing to attend. Smt ANANDHI the admin staff of third floor was most helpful. She made sure that the room was cleaned on regular basis and attended immediately to all our needs. A courteous and friendly woman. The admin staff at reception Smt. Kodhai and team always had a sweet smile and guided us properly The sub staff do an excellent job, special mention Mallika Ayyama. The two adept physiotherapists made sure our mother did the exercises regularly and helped her back on her feet. Only wish the hospital had better canteen facility. Our mother's stay at Rakshith for 15 days  was a holistic treatment with love. We are thankful to  Dr.Venkata Subbarao and his team.

The nurses and the reception person are the face of a successful hospital. I came to this hospital for a fever check up with Dr. Balamurugan. He is one of the best doctors. Likewise, the nurse Ms. Jyothika was so empathic and welcoming. I see in just few minutes of visit. She is very active and expert in multitasking. We need more people like her around for a happy society. Thank you

Completely money. Dont ever try. Just for ear cleaning they charged 1100 rs. Worst ever.

Insufficient staffs. We have waited for Almost one and half hours for just a dressing for wounded thumb. I never seen such a worst hospital. No required nurses and such doctors.

The service was so good .Their ambience are well and good. But the price is high if you are from middle class background. But by god's grace we had an insurance policy to set off the fees . If u had an insurance policy or u r from higher background it is recommended. Thank you.staffs are polite

Worst experience in this hospital i have ever faced in my lifetime...they are trying to charge extra for rooms and medicines even after the treatment is over...the dean of the hospital himself tries to brainwash the patient to stay for another few days so that he can earn more by raising the bill amount...i suggest not to get admitted in this hospital...

Our experience was average at this hospital. The biggest disappointment for me is the facilities and the staff. The facilities were mediocre and staff are untrained. However, after we complained on the first day, there was a change and we noticed some improvement. The prices were modest considering how other hospitals over charge you for simple things. I liked this hospital for their fair pricing and tariff. Since it’s small hospital and no in-house speciality doctors, doctor consultations are expensive for the mediocre facilities of this hospital. Update after an year of my first review above - most of the statement above remains the same. Nurses are still untrained, doctors are over expensive for a mediocre hospital but the tests and other facilities are affordable. Only addition is that they have started providing food for patients, however the food is not patient friendly, it's extremely spicy which will create more problems for the patient.

I was admitted for respiratory problems on 9Mar23 in icu. Service overall good. Can improve a lot on cleanliness. Response time to patients calling can be improved. Rooms don't have phones which should be immediately addressed.

Hi All, I would like to tell everyone that we went to Rakshith Hospital to a Ortho doctor named Dr.D Venkata Subba Rao. Seriously I am not sure what to tell about this person such a cheap money minded person. He charged around 800 for bloody consultation and for bandage seperately as 1000k. Don't you guys feel ashamed of doing so. Venkata Subba Rao don't you feel ashamed of yourself for being such a cruel money minded person.

Hospital is okay. Sign boards of doctors, statuses are to be displayed. Power disruption was there. It has taken sometime to restore. The staff are responsive.

I am so glad my doctor does surgeries at this hospital, even if I had to drive over an hour to get there. Talk about clean!!!!! cleanest I have seen, and I used to bring patients to this hospital so I know what I am talking about. Staff is awesome, knowledgeable, friendly and not rushing out to get to another patient. Most nurses are handling too many patients at a time and they are multitasking. The flow was very smooth from start to finish. I only stayed for breakfast it was very good and tastyand coffee (good and strong) wish I could have hit the lunch, darn. Like I wrote before perfect patient to nurse ratio! Hopefully I will come back.

Really worst responsibility, they already delayed our blood report by two hours from their fixed time and when I had been calling them for an emergency, there aren't any hospital number that answered my call and I had been kept on calling them for an hour to receive the results. Still none of the numbers answered.

Good hospital. Been visiting this hospital for over a decade and mostly it has been an pleasing experience. The nurses are dedicated and take care the patients well with humanity. Moderately priced and doctors treat well and are kind enough. A good hospital in the Valasaravakkam locality. Have even visited during late nights for emergencies and it has been a good experience.

The not even listen you, they not ready to clients observations. Nit a trust worthy and always focusing bill and pay. I went hospital and tried to explain my problem "Doctor I can diagnose this problem in my body". Doctor said " You don't tell that, I should tell the problem wait here" And he went to rounds. Actually the problem is should Diagnose by patient first. This is that type of issue. He not even listen me. Worst experience.

Great. In most hospitals checking out is something highly anticipated. The usual feeling is "Thank God" I had a totally different feeling at Patients Hospital. I did not really want to leave!! I had my own room, friendly and professional nurse care. All the staff was friendly and competent. I left well rested, with a good positive attitude and ready to heal. My wife was very happy and did not worry about my care when she was not there. It is a true healing environment.
