they never pick the call at any of cost very worst

The staff here as mentioned in the previous comments are extremely lazy and irritated all the time. I had my discussions with the branch manager who has NO qualifications to be in the seat that he's sitting in. It's understandable that many of the works is hard with the limited staffs they have, but thats NO excuse for their behaviour.

Worst in doing they job and rude behavior with customer

Customer service is hundred percent zero..... Nobody even bother to ask/clarify... After 45min clarified issue in 1 min.... Horrible experience... Kindly take action to meet customer need... After all we all are normal human beings and nobody is superior thaan anybody..... Thanks for understanding and addressing customer needs in future atleast

Worst service crowded place.Whenever people go for account opening they will tell lot of excuses employee leave.If I go morning they will tell come after lunch really very worst.I suggest to see Alapakkam branch really great service.

Ridiculous staffs, no SOP's, each clerks have their own rules, SBI If u don't change your staffs attitude u will feel for it

worst bank manager i ever visited.The bank manager is very arrogant and rudely behave to customers.They are getting salary from public banking system but treat the public so badly. I visited Porur SBI on 12/11/2021 and felt never open any account in SBI Such a worst bank

Doesn't qualify as a bank. They treat customers like their slaves. Especially in porur branch..not even a single customer is treated with respect. For a single query itself each counter they will misdirect us to some other counter and make fun of us.

Worst bank ever seen. It takes time everytime i visit this bank even for a simple reason. Only one counter working most of the time and very lazy staffs. They always ask us to go to some other counter/ wait. They think they are doing excellent service . No respect to customers. Pls avoid this branch .

worst experience ever seen this before in Any bank like this....the employer is really too slow and irrespective they didn't care about clients for deposit 10000 rs iam waiting for 1 hr not because of rush...they are too slow in processing

Very Busy SBI Branch, this Bank has special care for Senior Citizens, Highly Crowded Bank, so Customers and Account Holders should wait Patiently. till their Turn and Token has come, Polite Spoken Staffs, Spacious Interior, Senior Citizen Friendly Bank.

Worst experience to get gold loan... No proper reply ... Mrs. Sumathi cash officer is not responsible in doing her duty... Waited for half a day on moday working hours.. Just to get gold loan... This need to be addressed.
