Waste staff i ever meet in a jio store very arrogant and disrespectful, please take care from jio

Never ever i will try out jio fiber in my life... these guys came to my doorstep on daily basis to try jio fiber on trail period.. then there is no response when we complain something.. even after cancellation, till date no one has been sent to my location regarding modem pick up.. but they are sending alert messages to me like failure to submission of modem will be fined... Even if we ask customer care they are totally useless fellows.. no one has any info.. if u call them they are blindly saying today definitely someone will come for device pick up but there isn't such things happened so far...

Incompetent, arrogant and disrespectful staff. Hope Jio/reliance takes care of these. If possible better avoid this and visit a different jio store.

I who'd like to go to that centre again and that store kepper viramauthu was very rude with his attitude if he can change that attitude that centre will do well and more over he is not ready to accept his mistakes and as if he treats as like he is doing some charity to as let him realiz that he is working for the company we have not gone to his home or we didn't ask any help form him.plz keep some good plp for a job.i will not like to give 1 star also very pathetic service.

Jio as a company is cheater. Never buy Jio fibre or any of the Jio services. Once you buy it is trap. I went to return the modem today and their stores are not ready to accept. Jio simply wants to eat my 1500 rs.

One of the worst service ever I had experienced . They are more focused to achieve thier daily targets than customer problems . They are cheating customers and making them thier subscriber . Once the customer takes a new connection the staff behaviour changes once payment is completed . They don’t even explain the plan just taking our mobile and competing the process once we ask for any doubts they will direct us to jio Iyyappanthangal office . Without even knowing the customer pain of running pillar to pillar . Just don’t suggest this place . I am sure this will shutdown soon because of staffs itself

The person is very good. I went to collect free Jio set top box. It was available and he gave me immediately.
