Purchased a 65 inch Bravia TV here recently on diwali offer. Price was great (much cheaper than any online offers), probably the best deal you'll get anywhere. Sales persons tell you anything and somehow convince you to buy the product, they promised excellent service but that's only until you pay the bill. The product got delivered next day of purchase. Installation was supposed to come immediately after delivery but no response from them. I've called multiple days to multiple numbers and none of them picked up. I had to book installation appointment from the Sony site in the end. TLDR: Great prices, on time delivery but horrible service and no means to contact customer service. Be wary of what the sales people tell you, half of what they say is very exagurated.

This shop has so many varieties of electronics items with different brands. Price is meagre with quality products. Customer care is excellent, they are helping the buyers each and every product without any hesitation. EMI options are available within the shop, Bajaj finance. Bike Parking also available in front of the shop. We had bought refrigerator, air-conditioner, washing machine and TV. We are satisfied with the sellers. And in future, we will purchase here, if we had an idea of electronics items.

Worst customer care. Bought home appliances to my new home. Received only defective product worst customer support. a godrej AC which received defective and for replacement they have taken almost 10 days but still no support, and haier TV we bought 65 inches got picture tube problem within one week and poor customer care response for that too. Everything we received is a worst and defective product

I ordered a Vidiem 4 burner, i asked them with specifications, so Vidiem was a perfect fit us, they said we have pictures and details at catalogue you can buy today itself and tomorrow it will be ready, as we where pleased on the same day to pay for the stove but we waited for 2-3 days for it, moreover we asked the sales lady, if we contact Vidiem customer care how good will they respond, she replied don't contact them you take my number I will arrange service person or installation person quickly need not to worry. We got it after 3 days only, I went at the store and picked the product myself and asked when will be the installation person visit, she replied call customer care they will send right away or then call me that was a fake promise. Then we waited for more 2 days to get it installed, we actually got a defective piece, the burner stand wasn't a match and it wasn't working properly, so we called for and waited for again 3-4 days, for the service person to investigate what was wrong, but what we said the same report he gave to the office, then again 2 days we waited, then again a person came to do the same investigation what is wrong with the burner, but didn't bring the suitable burner stand, they made a complete mess, I mailed to the head office and they requested for 1 day more to solve this, then finally the suitable burner reached us. Worst customer service from vasanth & Co and equally worst customer service from Vidiem.

They delivered a broken and fully damaged TV. I paid 250 rs for home delivery, but they have sent me the 55inch TV through the Auto. A very aged person was carrying my 55inch TV alone on his shoulders and mis handled my product while delivering. We all know a large screen and heavy TVs should be handled by at least 2 persons... This is clearly shows how lethargic vasanth n co team. They are very careless and doesn't care after they make sales. They didn't value our money...they don't even do a quality check before delivery? They are keen only about selling the product but not cared about delivery or instalation. I bought 3 home appliances, i had to call several times repeatedly to get the booked products delivered at home and for installation. They will arrange the installation very lethargic way, they don't keep up the promised time. I had to wait and call them again and again for installation. Not happy with their services at all.

The brother in the laptop section is informative and has a good sole . He is a positive person which is a great quality for all the salesmen .

I give 000000 star one of the worst shop, I have purchase 2 days back whirlpool ac, products delivered 2 days back. The sales personal told all in free put tech team asked fund include old ac removed 500rs and koil 2.8 and one cloth 500 total he asked 5000 rs. I don't know products price net is only 26k gst include 36 k and he asking 5k what the hell Poor customer care I have tried to customer service number not response single call and worst service Till my ac not installed.... Sales manase also poor service he don't say the any cast of installed at the time he sales the product that's why.. Here after I don't purchased any products in vasanth and co and porur branch one of the worst service place..

They took 11 days to deliver the product which we ordered... Worst customer care service.

They have charged me a delivery fee - despite promising me a free delivery. They forgot to send an accessory that is billed and required for the installation. Price they offered was approximately relevant to online price. But pricier than the dealer price they could actually offer. Approximately they were +2000Rs on every item. Despite being a big network dealer, wouldn't pass of the benefits to customer, but to eke out max possible from the customer. **One thing I've to appreciate, their kindness did not fade away after placing the order.** **They over promise and underdeliver.**

1 start for their tv installation and I will give -(negative)10 stars for the delivery and installation of washing machine and fridge! They do not give a proper ETA and keep dodging the delivery time. They even forgot to keep the fridge in stock on the date of delivery which was 16 days from date of billing and we did confirm on the delivery date 48 hrs prior. So they conveniently delayed the delivery by 20 days! And the fridge dealer was harsh after a point of time. They never say a time of delivery, few goods were delivered after 10.30 PM after multiple calls to dealers and delivery guy. The washing machine dealer infact forgot to put a request for installation and did that after 24 hours and multiple calls. They never pick your call the first time. You will be made to pay an emi without even delivering the product. That's the power of Vasanth & Co porur. They literally harass the customer mentally for delivery and installation. NEVER EVER GO HERE TO PURCHASE EVEN A PIN! You will see 10 people Marketing for the product during the billing time but none will respond when it comes to delivery.

I would suggest not to go to this store. Extremely bad service. Very bad delivery commitment. They will convince you to buy a stand for every product, charge you for it and do not deliver it, citing silly reasons. They don't refund the amount stating that the products are billed together and cannot be refunded. High level scam. Whereas the product technician says that stand will only harm the product. Make informed decisions if you're ever buying anything from this store.

Don't tell false information for the purpose of increasing sell They not deserve for one star also And if you querying them no proper response at the timely manner I raised query December 8 2021 But they responded at December 23 2021 Finally I close the query with disappointments We are regular customer of vasanth and co From childhood but this store experience is very bad. I brought godrej AC, and I got a defective product but after 1 month they replaced it with new AC and after 3 months of working again leakage issue in the AC. While contacting the godrej service centre they're very irresponsible. I contacted vasanth & co executive they said will check with godrej service centre porur. After a few minutes ASM from the godrej service centre called me and informed me as they are going to reject the replacement request and said whatever the issue they have to come back to me to proceed further so I'm not going to approve it. This is the first time I have brought AC in my lifetime but i trusted Vasanth & co but i was really disappointed and irritated now because of the purchase i made in Vasanth & co. Most of my friends suggested buying it from sathya but this is my fault i shouldn't have trusted vasanth & co. If higher management read this review requesting you to do the needful. Please don't make me lose hope from vasanth & co.

The way they deal with the customer is perfect and the sales executives are really particular in selling their own products and not encouraging the other products. That can be avoided from the service side. It is a customer friendly shop. Good work keep it up guys.

Extremely pathetic service. Bought a Haier fridge yesterday from this store. Made payment too. Store salesman and his supervisor promised delivery by 7pm today, despite continuous follow ups- fridge hasn’t reached yet. Installation was also promised by the store today but now they are happily pushing it all to tomorrow. Nothing but cheating customers and playing with their trust. It’s better to buy from online websites where you get better price deals and customer support. This store is NOT WORTH.

Bought brand new panasonic AC and I didn't work on the first day itself. They didn't send any technician to see what's the problem after calling and complaining for the whole day. Worst customer service, waste of money and time I saw many ppl commenting abt the poor customer service but still went to buy ac from them, it's my bad.. you ppl also don't do the same

Shop looks big by the way prices too. They tell you one rate firstly. And if they feel like you have a second option they themselves come up with a final prize which is lower than what they quoted first which is still higher when compared to other e-commerce sites and showrooms. Very bad strategy. Parking available. Amenities are good. Kitchenwares are priced normally. Never plan for big household items like Tv, AC, fridge and WM.

Booked AC on 28/03/2023 and been committed that it will get delivered by next day. Waited till 3days but no response and finally I have been told that product was out of stock. Been chasing with them and finally the stock arrived on 02/04/2023 but asked me to pay for the delivery charges where it was not spoken earlier. Very worst customer service and I would not recommend Vasanth & co Porur. Poor warehouse management#Poor customer and delivery followups

All electronic items are available at prices almost equivalent to online rates. Multiple brands are showcased and respective brand representatives are available to explain all details to us. Have purchased several electronic and home appliances from this showroom in the past, they had offered good customer care and after sales service, delivery is quick too. It's a huge shop too. Would definitely recommend and prefer over all other electronic shops in the same Arcot road.

Everything went well. But delivery of goods is the worst...... They will put entire blame on drivers..... They don't have proper system to allocate and followup..... They will forget you, the moment you pay the money....... You should be ready to accept atleast 2-3 days delay...... I had to go there and shout at everyone to get my AC delivered..... Will never recommend vasanth and co to anyone.......

Having great range on products but poor customer service. They won't explain you the offers properly. Only moto is to sell something and make people to take products in EMI..

I bought a whirlpool fridge cost around 12,000 4 months ago . It says 10 years warranty. But within 4 months it's not working. No cooling at all. I raised service request, whirl pool technicians are coming. Till now they couldn't find what's the issue. It's been 2 weeks my fridge is not working. Even Vasanth & co people also raised a service request to whirlpool.but nobody can resolved it. I don't know what to with that fridge. I am so frustrated of calling people againagain

Had two of the worst experiences at vasanth & Co porur. We bought a washing machine - dealer is supposed to arrange installation but it was not done despite chasing them several times. Calls were not picked and when picked false promises were made. Finally we had to arrange installation directly with the brand ourselves. Same experience last year on buying TV. 2 worse experiences, so we're done - not going there again!

High cost but low configuration laptop, compare with reliance digital, good and best Vasantha & co money wise

Except for a big store nothing great. Staff seems to have lost energy. The price they quoted for double door fridge (LG) was 50% higher than the showroom price itself which we enquired again for any discounts and they don’t seem to know. No great offers for card. They seem to sell only specific brands although it’s Multi brand store. Weird approach to sales and seeing other reviews, it’s better not to visit here. Can you believe broken tv and no post sale services provided then why to visit here. Thankfully we left after hearing such steep price and disinterested staffs.

I went to buy refrigerator and mobile phone. Staffs from both dept explain the features of the products clearly. They completed all the works and make delivered the products. They gifted bluetooth headset free for the oppo mobile phone. I used EMI option and the staffs helped completely.
