i
asked
them
with
specifications,
so
Vidiem
was
a
perfect
fit
us,
they
said
we
have
pictures
and
details
at
catalogue
you
can
buy
today
itself
and
tomorrow
it
will
be
ready,
as
we
where
pleased
on
the
same
day
to
pay
for
the
stove
but
we
waited
for
2-3
days
for
it,
moreover
we
asked
the
sales
lady,
if
we
contact
Vidiem
customer
care
how
good
will
they
respond,
she
replied
don't
contact
them
you
take
my
number
I
will
arrange
service
person
or
installation
person
quickly
need
not
to
worry.
We
got
it
after
3
days
only,
I
went
at
the
store
and
picked
the
product
myself
and
asked
when
will
be
the
installation
person
visit,
she
replied
call
customer
care
they
will
send
right
away
or
then
call
me
that
was
a
fake
promise.
Then
we
waited
for
more
2
days
to
get
it
installed,
we
actually
got
a
defective
piece,
the
burner
stand
wasn't
a
match
and
it
wasn't
working
properly,
so
we
called
for
and
waited
for
again
3-4
days,
for
the
service
person
to
investigate
what
was
wrong,
but
what
we
said
the
same
report
he
gave
to
the
office,
then
again
2
days
we
waited,
then
again
a
person
came
to
do
the
same
investigation
what
is
wrong
with
the
burner,
but
didn't
bring
the
suitable
burner
stand,
they
made
a
complete
mess,
I
mailed
to
the
head
office
and
they
requested
for
1
day
more
to
solve
this,
then
finally
the
suitable
burner
reached
us.

equally
worst
customer
service
from
Vidiem.
