During and after Covid, I seek health advice from Dr. Amar Satardekar Porvorim. In my experience I believe Dr. Amar Satardekar Porvorim is very calm and always able to diagnose the disease and puts his efforts to give proper treatment to his patient. I have observed that Dr Amar never bother about timing when he is examining any patient. Any time even if you call in the midnight he attend call and guide you properly. May God Bless him Forever.

Diagnosis was not provided. Doctor could not explain the issue, didn't ask relevant questions. Prescribed medicines were generic(5 different tablets per day)and expensive - suggested to be bought at the attached medical store. Cost us Rs2.5K.No pain relief even after 4 days. We consulted another physician for a 2nd opinion who advised us to discontinue the previous prescription. Also the root cause was promptly found. Issue was resolved within 2 days through simple diet and one anti inflammatory medicine(Rs 200).

Dr Amar has been my physician for last 6 years, treatment and diagnosis is spot on. The clinic has Covid testing facilities with quick result turnaround I recommended this lab to many of my family and friends, domestic and international travellers. Dr Amar has a very friendly approach and provides personal care.

Well experienced and friendly doctor. Polite by nature and listens to the patient's concerns. Diagnostic facility is a boon. Got my COVID test done there.

This review is only of blood report collection part: The quality of the reports is good, but they often come late, sometimes by up to two days. The clinic says that the reports will be sent by email and phone, but I have never received an email, and I have had trouble getting through on the phone. I have an iPhone, and I think this may be the problem, As I guess sometimes they have trouble finding iPhone numbers due to its privacy settings. But staff are really nice and helpful and they called and sent on request. I have also been disappointed that the clinic has asked me to come back to collect the reports an hour or half hour after they were supposed to be ready. The clinic has explained that this is because they have poor network connectivity. On one occasion, I arrived an hour early to collect my reports (I agree it’s my mistake), and they were not ready and I couldn’t have leave to specially collect. I came back five hours later, but some of the reports were still missing. I was called back the next day to collect the remaining reports, but one of them had been lost. Actually Urine C/s which could be understood have taken time arrived on time… but routine Ayush 3 that too FBSL took too much time. Also there’s a spelling mistake in name. One positive thing is that the reports can be collected at the pharmacy. However I feel it might be just a misfortune but staff are helpful in resolving the issues arrived. I hope network connectivity could be enhanced for faster delivery of reports.
