I rated this place when I first took my teens in but didn't describe my experience. Today, I brought in my three year old and I'm amazed at how wonderful they all were with him. Very professional and patient. They made him feel comfortable and engaged with him so he wouldn't be afraid of any sounds or tools. Just a fantastic experience all around.

Dr Major is amazing she does the best cosmetic dental work I've ever had. That being said they take so long to do very short simple procedures, and take even longer to do regular procedures. Even if the procedure only takes 15 minutes plan to be there 2 hours or more because of all the waiting you'll do. I understand if it takes time while doing the work it's the in, and out of the dentist that stretches it out so long. Its bad enough that I put off important dental work I need done. They need to work out a more efficient system because I can't be the only one that is unhappy about this. I've had a lot of dental work done at a lot of different places, and I wouldn't have taken the time to leave review if it wasn't bad.

New patient, I called the Post Falls office at opening because of tooth pain. They were able to get me in by 9:30. They texted me the link to fill out the forms which was very convenient. Office is new and modern and everyone was very professional. Doctor came out and introduced himself and explained xrays to me. Definitely recommend this office. Will be returning as a regular patient. Thanks again.

I hadn't gone to a dentist in over a decade so I was nervous about finally going/didn't know what to expect but the staff was so wonderful and kind. every step of the process was explained to me in detail so I was aware of what was happening and why, and they consistently let me know if I needed a break at any point in time due to irritation to let them know and I could take a breather. the staff was super super nice!!! also didn't experience any kind of "shaming" for the state of my teeth (I had a lot of plaque), instead they established a plan to get my teeth to a healthier point :) super appreciative of you guys!!

Everyone in the Post Falls clinic is so warm & friendly, I actually like going there. I especially love Madison who's just adorable. You can always hear the staff chatting & laughing. You can tell they love their jobs.

What a happy place, if it is even possible to say that about a dentist office. You can tell they work in a team friendly environment and it seems everyone gets along well and the ship is running smoothly. Glad to have found a new dentist in town.

Best dental care facility I can remember be at in my 51 years. Very pleasant and competent staff. Go out of the way to keep patients as comfortable as possible. Always a pleasure to work with.

Everyone I interacted with was nice. There motto is we treat you like family. I didn’t feel this but that is fine they were very professional.
