I highly recommend Valerie Rounds as a primary care provider. She is kind, thoughtful, extremely knowledgeable, professional, and very interested in her patients' well-being. She goes above and beyond to ensure that patients have the best possible experience and I feel that I am in the most capable of hands under her care!

I had an excellent experience at the Kootenai Post Falls clinic. This was my first experience at this medical facility, and I have to say that it far exceeded my expectations. Everyone was cordial, the facility was incredibly clean, friendly, and hospitable, and my physician was the best that I've met in years. Dr. Valerie Rounds was kind, considerate, and thorough in her medical evaluation. I felt that I had ample time to cover all of my health history and concerns, and she took the time to answer all of my questions. I couldn't recommend this facility more!

The minute Valerie Rounds came through the door I liked her. She gave me a thorough exam and asked a lot of very good questions about my history and if there was anything current that She needed to know about. I liked her because she was empathetic, cheerful, encouraging, and thorough. I’ve already recommended her to two people. So glad, as a new resident of Post Falls, she was recommended to me by my sister-in-law.

First Doctor visit in the area since moving here. As a new patient I was given an appointment 2 1/2 weeks out. I was also sent a packet of the paperwork to fill out before my visit. After a short wait I Was ushered in to see the Valerie Rounds. She and I spent almost the next hour going over my medications and the different issues I was facing. My wife had been into see Valerie for her first visit 2 weeks before me. I can say that we were both very happy with our new doctor's office and would highly recommend the Kootenai Clinic

I did not wait in lobby for long. Once I was back I did not feel rushed. Valerie and the student were both very thorough and listened to all my symptoms. As usual she was very professional yet kind. She addressed my symptoms and I went for a blood draw. There was a short wait there and they too were professional and as well as patient and kind. Painless blood draw.

Valarie and her student both listen carefully to what your needs are and help you with them . She’s very caring .
